We will address your concerns with our housekeeping staff and make sure it doesn't happen again. As per extra guest fee which we do collect when you add more guests to the room than original booking. For extample when booking reservation you only put two guests and at check in you decide to bring two more of your friend we will charge for those two additional guests since our room prices are based on occupancy. We do hire security guard on the weekends since we want to protect our guests and staff. We do not allow visitors on our premises at anytime of the day. You may not have liked it since you were trying to sneak your friends into the hotel. I am not sure why you mean my water was atrocious but water is supplied by the township. We are not pumping our own water out of the ground. Water is safe and clear. Our Tv has cable and there about 100+ channels available to watch. Again if you had brought your concern to front desk about the room we would have gladly taken care of all issues. Please remember we are a motel and it's an outdoor property. When you keep your door open insects will come into the room just like your home.
