Full bathroom, washer and dryer as well as a large rear deck with access to large backyard. 2nd Floor has 3 bedrooms and a full bathroom. The bedrooms sleep 10 in total. All bedrooms have Smart televisions. Rear bedroom has access to private deck over looking backyard. Kitchen is fully equipped. 2 car Garage with backyard access. 8 beach chairs, a beach wagon and umbrella. Small cooler for your use. 8 beach passes ($75.00 replacement fee) 1 parking pass besides the garage. ($350.00 Replacement fee) 4 Bikes for guests to use at their own risk. We supply fresh linens , comforters, bath towels and wash clothes. Pillows on each bed. Backyard is great for entertaining and has an out door shower BBQ is provided for your use.
