Step through the sliding doors onto the wonderful screened porch - the perfect place to enjoy a cup of coffee or your favorite beverage after a fun day on the beach. Watch closely and you might see dolphins that frequently swim in the creek. The vaulted ceiling and windows provide a light, open space that invites you to kick off your shoes and stay awhile. The open floor plan is perfect for bringing everyone together. This cheery, 2 bedroom, 2.5 bath end unit villa overlooks Cap'n Sam's Creek with ocean views in the distance! The captivating waterside setting is a respite for those who enjoy southern exposure, the natural beauty of a tidal creek and the serenity of Seabrook Island. Enjoy the ocean breezes with ample viewing opportunities for the abundant Seabrook wildlife. This bright, open villa has been updated and offers a reverse floor plan which is ideal for taking advantage of the breathtaking views. Sip your sweet tea and relax on the screened porch while you take it all in. You'll stay cool and comfortable upstairs year-round with the new climate control system, perfect for enjoying the wall of windows and coastal breezes. It has its own thermostat. Both en suite bedrooms are on the first floor with the master bedroom featuring a king bed with a private porch overlooking the water, updated bathroom and most importantly spectacular sunrises. There is also a 42' HDTV for your entertainment. The charming guest bedroom is also updated and features a queen bed, twin bed and writing desk. You'll love the spectacular views to start and end your day. At the top of the stairs you'll be greeted with a large, open floor plan with vaulted ceiling and a wall of windows providing a friendly, inviting gathering space. This room also features a 66' HDTV and plenty of comfortable seating. The fully equipped, updated kitchen has stainless steel appliances, wood pergo floors and sea glass colored tile counter tops. Whip up your favorite low country meal and enjoy the beach life. There is a nice dining table adjacent to the kitchen that seats 6. The villa offers a two car tandem carport. The community pool, crabbing dock and kayak launch are only a short walk away. Ride to the beach for a day of fun in the sun on Seabrooks' 3.5 miles of pristine beach. There is so much to love about this beachy, happy villa. Pet friendly: can bring your (1) dog friend to this villa (additional pet fees apply), the owners have even set up a special welcome station! *Seabrook Island Property Association (SIPOA) has started charging for all gate passes. Gate passes are $45/ vehicle. This charge applies if you are staying 1 night – 179 nights. If you are staying more than 179 nights, there is a different charge. MAXIMUM number of passenger vehicles which may be parked during the overnight hours of 11 pm-7am, which require a gate pass: 2 The first gate pass is included in your stay. You must call our office if you require more than one gate pass ONLY GAS LSV RENTALS ALLOWED- gate pass required LSV (Low Speed Vehicle) RENTALS PERMITTED at this property. An LSV requires the use of one of the gate passes included in the maximum number of vehicles passes. Requirements for LSVs Must be registered and insured, have a 17-digit VIN and display an LSV license plate, display a valid SIPOA entry pass issued specifically to that vehicle. Drivers must have a valid driver s license. No off-road tires allowed Usage Restrictions: For street use only. No use on bicycle paths, walking paths, golf course cart paths, boardwalks, or beaches. Follow SIPOA vehicle and parking rules. Safety Requirements: SC seat belt laws apply to all occupants. Child seats are a must. SIPOA officers and CCSO will stop vehicles with unsecured children Amenity cards giving you access to the facilities of the Seabrook Island Club are available for purchase. These cards give you access to the Beach Club oceanfront pools (seasonal), Pelican's Nest outdoor (seasonal), Pelican's Nest outdoor restaurant/bar (seasonal), Island House restaurant/bar, golf and tennis. Additional fees are charged for all activities except outdoor pool usage. The Club Amenity Card also allows access to the Lake House facilities (outdoor pool/no fees; indoor pool/fitness center/fees apply). Start making your favorite Seabrook Island vacation memories at 1228 Creekwatch Villa If you cancel more than 30 days prior to your scheduled arrival date, you receive your funds back, minus $250. If you cancel within 30 days of your arrival date, you lose your funds. If able to re-book it, you will receive what we rent it for, minus the $250. Feel free to ask any other questions you may have.
