The living room has access to the screened porch with plenty of seating and a definite coastal flair. Adjacent to the screened porch is a small uncovered deck perfect for soaking up some sun. Six steps up bring you to the dining area with seating for 6 and the adjacent kitchen. Another wonderful feature is the access to the community dock which is a peaceful place to wander and explore. There is also a neighborhood pool that is in a beautiful, private setting just down the street. This is an ideal location with easy access to the Racquet Club, Equestrian Center, Lake House and bike path. Seabrook Islands 3.5 miles of beautiful beach is just a short car or bike ride away, as well as the Beach Club and Island House. This terrific vacation property is also pet friendly for (1) dog.
