RoccaSeta Dimore Siciliane

This is one of the best hotel experiences I have had, in over 3 decades of frequent travel for work and leisure. The owners of the hotel and the entire staff are genuinely welcoming and kind. Cinzia and Dario (owners) go out of their way to support their guests in any way required, from car rentals to booking events and restaurants. The hotel is a renovated farmhouse and exudes a rustic charm. It has been decorated with sobriety and good taste in a rustic/industrial style. The location is excellent, with many important sites including Siracusa, Marzememi, and Catania, within an hour's drive. In the immediate surroundings, there are some lovely villages, including the nearby Scicli. Beaches also abound. A car is a must, however, because the nearest village - while only 2 km. away - is nevertheless not reachable on foot due to road/traffic conditions. Breakfast is offered every morning and consists in a selection of pastries, breads, cheeses, meats, frittata, spreads, homemade jams, etc. The bread is baked fresh daily and is delicious. It also comes in various forms, from rolls to focaccia and more. I highly recommend Roccaseta if you are looking for a beautiful, quiet place in natural surroundings, which nevertheless has access to the main sites, cities and towns of South-eastern Sicily.

Certain places are special, Roccaseta under the attentive eye and care of Cinzia is one of these places. Rooms are comfortable, the property is very well kept, the breakfast selection particularly curated with emphasis on local products and a good selection even for vegetarians. Even the choice of the music in the lounge is curated with a mix of jazz, pop, and traditional Italian tunes. Yet, most impressive of location, ambience and good is the service, the care that Cinzia and her team put in making guests feel welcome. Wonderful experience!

My stay at RoccaSeta was truly a remarkable experience! Located near Scicly and just a 40-minute drive from the awe-inspiring beauty of Ragusa, the location was an absolute gem. The proximity to Ragusa allowed us to easily explore its breathtaking sights while enjoying the tranquility of RoccaSeta. The attention to detail in the beautifully decorated rooms was evident, creating a charming and inviting atmosphere. Every corner exuded thoughtfulness and care, making our stay all the more delightful. The owners were incredibly friendly and provided us with invaluable advice, ensuring we made the most of our time in the area. The thoughtful gesture of offering free drinks – including tea, water, and coffee – added a touch of luxury to the experience and exemplified their commitment to guest comfort. The pool area was a true highlight, providing a stunning sea view that left us in awe. It was the perfect spot to relax and unwind, immersing ourselves in the serene surroundings. Breakfast was a delight, offering a wide array of options that catered to different preferences. From fresh fruit to local pastries, cheese, and salami, the spread was a true representation of Sicilian culinary delights. As a lactose intolerant individual, I was pleasantly surprised to find vegan milk available – a thoughtful touch that enhanced my experience. Overall, my stay at RoccaSeta was exceptional. The combination of its perfect location, meticulous attention to detail, warm hospitality, and luxurious amenities made for an unforgettable getaway. I wholeheartedly recommend RoccaSeta to anyone seeking a memorable and rejuvenating stay in Sicily.

A perfect experience Never in my life have I had a similar and such a perfect experience of accommodation and everything related to it. The inn's staff was extremely helpful and exceptionally nice to the guests. The rooms and facilities in the area were finished to the last detail and put in as perfect condition as it could ever be. I can't say anything about the yard and the pool area other than that I fell in love with it! All the food was homemade and made from fresh ingredients. Great place to rest&relax ! Täydellinen kokemus En koskaan eläessäni ole saanut vastaavaa ja näin täydellistä kokemusta majoittumisesta ja kaikesta siihen liittyvästä. Majapaikan henkilökunta oli erinoamisen palvelualtista sekä ihan poikkeuksellisen mukavaa vieraille. Huoneet ja tilat alueella olivat viimeisen päällä viimeisteltyjä ja laitettu niin täydelliseen kuntoon, kuin ikinä voi olla. Pihasta ja allas-alueesta en voi todeta mitenkään muuten, kuin että rakastunut siihen! Kaikki ruuat oli itse tehtyjä ja tuoreista aineista. Suomeksi kokemuksen voi tiivistää siten, että hattu päästä 10+ suoritus!

Bellissimo hotel immerso in un’oasi di pace. Pulizia e gentilezza hanno caratterizzato il nostro soggiorno. Lo consiglio vivamente a chi è alla ricerca di relax e autenticità siciliana. Spettacolare la piscina.

Beh, c'è poco da dire: posto stupendo, panoramico, struttura di pregio, quiete assoluta, camere ottime con letti altrettanto ottimi, servizio inappuntabile. Posizione strategica, in pochi minuti si arriva nei luoghi principali. Da ultimo: non sottovalutare la possibilità di cenare, ne vale davvero la pena.
