Terrible experience at Novotel Rotterdam Schiedam Loud construction noise made it impossible to relax, and the hotel never informed me in advance. When I complained, the receptionist was rude and dismissive. Poor communication and unprofessional service ruined my stay.  Avoid this place or ask situation before your stay. 

Please don't stay in this hotel if u don't have a car . Don't have high expectations, otherwise everything thing is fine. View good, air good, staff good. A bit old hotel, the center bit too far away (walk around 30mins or more)

the hotel is far from the center of the city, there is no any shops nearby, we need to take 15 minutes by walking to the train stop.The room is quite small & thus is not a best selection

It was good nothing to complain

Stayed here with 3 single beds in a room; but it was actually 2 beds & a sofa bed. This may be a Trip issue as there was no documenting this was the case. I also had to pay extra for the hotel when I arrived due to tax. Finally, the aforementioned “sofa bed” wasn’t acknowledged by the cleaning staff as they made the 2 real beds in the day but not mine. The staff were nice though but to be honest I don’t think I’d come back here again unless the rate was ridiculously cheap.

Good got bit by mosquitoes

奔着諾富特去的，沒想到是個INN的房間，而且離市區較遠，周邊遠眺衹有個加油站，沒啥商業配套。 三人入住，一張是沙發床，被子又硬又重，不開個冷空調蓋着很悶熱。 房間亮點是窗外正好室外泳池，視野不錯；有個衣帽間可以堆置行李箱和雜物，很有用。

1 nacht overnacht, op zich prima hotel. Medewerkers aan de receptie waren professioneel en vriendelijk. 1zware minpunt waar ik mij aan stoorde en het een kwalijke zaak vind is dat er op de dag en avond totaal niet word schoongemaakt. Buitenterrein bij de rokers ruimte was smerig,prullenbakken waren niet geleegd op de tafels stonden een hoop vieze kopjes niet uitnodigend om het terras op te gaan. In de ochtend zag je dat de schoonmaak was langs geweest maar dit moet doorlopend heel de dag nagelopen worden.

Kamer was oké! Klantvriendelijkheid was super slecht. Alsof de receptie geen zin heeft te werken. Super onvriendelijk ookwel. Er was geen wc papier dus ik vroeg receptie om te brengen en toen zei ze het is op , dus geen wc papier op voorraad, kamer was koud. Het is winter dus ik vroeg ook een deken , receptie zei ze brengen het wel maar niemand kwam. 5 uren later bel ik terug en zei ze oh sorry ik breng het nu. Ik had een verzoek gedaan voor late checkout en werd mij niet gezegd dat ik extra moet betalen. Bij uitchekken was ik 2 uren later en ik moest zoveel extra betalen na dit alles hebben meegemaakt.
