The city center of Meran with the famous thermal baths can be reached in 10 minutes by car or 40 minutes on foot. This house is really in the heart of South Tyrol. You can start hiking directly from the house. The Passeier River can be reached in 5 minutes and the town center of Schenna can be reached in 25 minutes. The village of Tyrol can be reached after 60 minutes on foot. From the village of Tirol you can continue up with the Hochmuth cable car to the Muthöfen and the Texel group. The Merano Waalweg runs above the house. This beautiful hiking trail allows you to reach the Trautmannsdorfer Gardens on foot or the city center of Meran. The house is at the end of a quiet T-street with no through traffic. There are two parking spaces. Pets are welcome.
