Condo Gardens Brussels

I'm surprised at some of the negative reviews. I spent a total of six nights at the Condo Gardens Brussels, in three different rooms. All of them were clean and I didn't see any mold. I dealt with only one receptionist and she was very pleasant, very helpful, and spoke English very well. The only drawbacks are that the check-in time is 4:00 PM and that the place is not downtown but about a 30-minute walk from the Grand Place. But it's on a quiet street in a residential neighborhood, and is a short walk from the North Train Station if you use the back exit.

STAY AWAY! It's a scam. Mold everywhere in the rooms and the hosts screamed at us for wanting a room without rampant mold growth. The bed sheets were also stained and disgusting. Afterwards the owners have tried to scam me claiming they never got the key back.

stinky and very noisy place. bunch of cheating staff . very rude, no any customer attention, they have sent me fake document as invoice and are ignoring all my requests and reminders for the real invoice ( even initially requested during the booking), most probably hiding taxes. will take them to the tax authorities in Brussels

UBICAZIONE: L’hotel si trova in uno dei peggiori quartieri della città, vicino alla stazione, anch’essa frequentata da persone poco raccomandabili. La via di accesso è scarsamente illuminata e spesso presidiata da individui che fumano o bevono, nascosti negli angoli bui. All’inizio della strada c’è un piccolo parco con panchine dove si radunano persone della stessa tipologia, rendendo l’atmosfera ancora più inquietante. CAMERE: Le camere sono in condizioni disastrose: fatiscenti, sporche e pervase da un odore nauseante che rende l’ambiente invivibile. Non vi è alcun tipo di comfort, nemmeno i servizi di base come saponi o asciugamani ( i pochi forniti sono macchiati, sporchi e logori). Nel letto e in bagno erano presenti molti peli. Dubito che le stanze vengano mai pulite, ci si ritrova a dormire nella sporcizia di coloro che ci sono stati prima. SICUREZZA: L’accesso alla struttura avviene attraverso un cancello principale poco sicuro, oltre il quale si entra nei corridoi delle camere. La porta di ingresso di questi ultimi rimane costantemente aperta, senza alcun controllo. Leggendo le recensioni su Booking e altri siti, ho scoperto che in passato alcune persone sono state svegliate nel cuore della notte da sconosciuti che si erano introdotti nella struttura per fare confusione. Nel nostro caso, la camera presentava gravi problemi di sicurezza: la porta si chiudeva a malapena e le finestre, nonostante fossero serrate dalla maniglia, potevano essere aperte facilmente con una leggera spinta. Essendo al piano terra, sarebbe stato estremamente semplice per chiunque entrare. Questo, considerato il quartiere e le persone che frequentano la zona rappresenta un rischio enorme. La stessa signora della reception ci ha consigliato di non percorrere le vie limitrofe all'hotel al calar della notte e ci ha sconsigliato di rientrare o uscire dall'hotel nelle ore serali, in particolare dopo cena. Appena arrivati, abbiamo segnalato la situazione a booking e abbiamo iniziato a cercare immediatamente un’altra sistemazione. Tuttavia, essendo già tardi, siamo stati costretti a trascorrere lì la prima notte, che è stata interminabile e molto stressante. CONCLUSIONI: Sconsiglio vivamente a chiunque di pernottare in questo hotel, sia che siate uomini, donne o ragazzi. Non solo è una struttura in pessime condizioni, ma anche un ambiente pericoloso. È stata un’esperienza da dimenticare.

Je crois que le mot horrible est un très jolie mot , c’est un hôtel à fuir absolument , il est dans un état pitoyable , très sale, moisi , sent l humidité partout , des serrures défoncés , des prises jaunis et même plus le cache , les murs dans un sale état , meuble de salle de bain cassé,micro onde sale , des fourmis dans une chambre et ça se paie 110e la nuit 🤯, heureusement que c’était seulement pour une nuit courte
