The view is amazing. Hotel is ok. NO high speed internet, it took ages to load google maps. 2 small pool kan hardly qualify as SPA, but ok, kids had fun. Food was NOT ok. Mashed potatoes made of powder, vegetarian option was not edible. Service is very confused, they asked us 9 times what our room number was during dinner, could get the order right 3 times and the food took ages. Checking in and out takes a lot of time, we had to wait in a line of 3 guests about half an hour. Spet 575 euros for one night in a hotel, definitely NOT worth the money. Really disappointed. I wish we booked elsewhere.

Hotel nel complesso curato e pulito. Servizio ristorante e bar completamente scarso e sicuramente non all'altezza di un 4 stesse. Personale scorbutico e non preparato (fatelo un sorriso ogni tanto oppure cambiate mestiere). Non ci si sente accolti. Informazioni solo in tedesco. Alla spa a metà pomeriggio non si trovano asciugamani puliti. Cena e colazione buone anche se da migliorare il buffet.

Questo hotel è appena stato ristrutturato, arredi stile e spazi molto belli e ben curato. Bellissimo l idromassaggio caldo all esterno, piccolina la piscina coperta con pochi lettini. Bellissima l idea della doppia zona spa, una al piano 3 esclusa ai bimbi, con zona relax, sauna e idromassaggio esterno, mentre l altra vicino alla zona piscina coperta con sauna panoramica, docce emozionali, bagno turco e zona relax. Hotel decisamente curato, unico aspetto poco gradevole è stato il personale di sala il più delle volte scontroso e infastidito. Al contrario il personale che si occupa delle camere è discreto, silenzioso, veloce e sempre gentile come la signora alla reception davvero competente, cordiale e gentile. Cibo buono, da migliorare le descrizioni dei cibi al buffet. Unica pecca i cuscini delle camere troppo morbidi. Siamo stati davvero bene.

Abbiamo soggiornato un fine settimana per festeggiare il compleanno di mia madre. Grazie alla disponibilità del personale, della qualità dei servizi offerti e della bellissima location abbiamo passato un bellissimo momento insieme. Fantastico posto dove ritornare✌😉.

Schon der Empfang von Michaela war sehr herzlich. Wir haben fünf Tage Anfang Oktober mit Dreiviertel-Pension gebucht: Das Zimmer, neu renoviert, ist recht groß, tolles Badezimmer und die Matratze ist sehr gut! Was echt schön ist: Kommt man von einer Tour am Nachmittag zurück, gibt es einen kleinen Imbiss zu essen. Und das auf der herrlich sonnigen Südterrasse. Das Angebot zum Abendessen ist vorzüglich, super lecker gekocht, die Bedienung durch die Herren sehr professionell, freundlich und schnell. Wir waren zum Mountainbiken im Finckenhof und haben super schöne Touren nicht nur in die Höhe unternommen. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Wir haben im September eine Woche im Hotel Finkenhof verbracht. Das Hotel ist sehr schön gelegen und Zimmer verfügen über einen traumhaften Ausblick. Die Zimmer sind neu renoviert, sehr grosszügig und äusserst stilvoll eingerichtet. Das kulinarische Angebot ist sehr vielfältig und abwechslungsreich. Ein grosses Kompliment an die Küche. Das Hotel verfügt über einen Schwimmteich im Garten (chlorfreies Becken!), was ein absolutes Highlight ist. Einen kleinen Punkteabzug gibt es für einige Details, die nicht so recht zum Rest passen. Schade ist, dass es in den Zimmern keine Minibar gibt (nur einen leeren Kühlschrank) und auch keine Wassergläser oder sonstige Annehmlichkeiten. Zudem fehlte uns etwas die Herzlichkeit, was daran liegen mag, dass wir uns in einer Zeit allgemeinen Personalmangels befinden und deshalb die Mitarbeiter etwas unter Stress stehen. Nichtsdestotrotz war es ein schöner Aufenthalt und wir können das Hotel Finkenhof auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen.

Ci sono stata con la mia famiglia 5 giorni ad agosto. Ottima struttura organizzata su più livelli, 1 piscina esterna (piccolina), 1 interna che non abbiamo usato visto che c'erano 30 gradi e 1 laghetto balneabile con pesci annessi davvero molto carino. L'hotel è stata di recente ristrutturato, le camere e i bagni annessi sono arredate in stile moderno e dotate di ogni comfort. I letti sono molto comodi. Un grosso neo è legato alla pochissima disponibilità del personale, fatte salve due signore alla Reception che sono state molto gentili nelle due occasioni di contatto. I camerieri non parlavano ne' italiano né inglese, il capo-sala invece parlava un po di italiano ma era davvero troppo scontroso e poco disponibile. A mio avviso certe persone vanno riservate a mansioni che non le mettano a contatto col pubblico. Segnalo anche la presenza di una receptionist che non parlava né italiano né inglese... Cosa ci facesse alla reception per un giorno di fila è un mistero! Non siamo riusciti ad avere un'informazione fino al pomeriggio successivo!!! Da migliorare anche il buffet della cena, davvero misero per una struttura 4 stelle.

Unbedingt Superiorzimmer buchen - Standardzimmer sind recht klein und die Dusche ist nur was "für kleine Damen" schöne Terrasse auch für das gute Abendessen Hauswein kann man sehr gut trinken 2 Schwimmbäder davon ein sehr interessantes ( Teich ! )
