Great location and friendly staff. Only down side is that it’s very noisy due to lack of sufficient soundproofing.

設備一切都挺不錯，窗外看出去景色也很好。至少忙一天之後可以看到不錯的風景，讓人心曠神怡。之後有機會還是會繼續訂購這間住宿

非常不推薦，價格貴且設施差，冬天入住特別冷。就算住旁邊的travelogue都比這個好，下次不會再入住。

Great place quirky place! Stayed last October and loved it. Lovely spacious clean rooms with sea view. Lovely bathroom. Breakfast is also great and plentiful. Going back again this October for a couple of nights, can't wait. Would recommend to anyone.

Stayed 1 night room only. Easy check in with staff there if needed. Lounges, bar and bedrooms clean and kept tidy, lovely views and relaxing. My only criticism is, our room 109 overlooked the bins, occasionally a garbage smell wafted through the window, not nice. Luckily it wasn't too warm and could close the window. All in all a lovely hotel with friendly staff. Would stay again, an ideal location.

Rooms were hot, stuffy, basic and no windows or ventilation in the bathroom. Staff were pleasant. Breakfast was very basic. I appreciate this hotel is good for dogs but it seems to cater more for them than the humans. Lovely location. Parking was horrendous

Stayed here mid August 2024 for a gig that was on in Scarborough. Stayed in the attic room. Bit of a trek to get to the room as the hotel is quite big (but that’s my fault for choosing not to use the lift!!!) Really nice place, staff were great, I had to ask them a few questions and they had the answers instantly and were able to help me. Plus loads of parking nearby and the hotel gives you a pass so you don’t have to pay.Room was really good, big and clean. Bar is a bit pricey, but if you are not drinking there, not a problem. Would stay again

Lovely helpful staff. Sea view v nice. Furnishings look lovely, clean enough. Overall nice enough hotel. Room was v hot with poor ventilation and expensive for the quality. Parking and seagulls could be an issue for some. Handy for the beach and town.

Currently enjoying another fantastic weekend break in Scarborough at The Bike and Boot, lost count of how many times we have stayed here but it’s always a treat and we are always made to feel welcome. Room 316 is amazing so big with fabulous sea views. It’s a very well run hotel and this comes across in how friendly the staff are, we had another fantastic meal in the Barecca restaurant last night and there’s a great atmosphere with the team keeping everything running smoothly, the manager works his socks off and sets a great example to the rest of the team. Willow our Lab loves it here and she even enjoys the included grooming facilities. Wonderful friendly hotel

Really enjoyable experience. The room was a 'medium' room 211, with twin beds. The room was very clean, quiet, the bed was very comfortable, and the shower was great. I liked the quirky touches of the furnishing. I would have liked a sea view, but it was high season so understandably not possible. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful. It was a very good location in a nice area near to the town centre. Would have liked to stay longer.

We stayed in the Bike and Boot hotel Scarborough on 7th August for one night in a small double Seaview room. Room 204 had a great view of the bay and was lovely and comfortable, very comfy king size bed and good powerful shower. Loved the fresh milk. We ate in Bareca which was extremely busy and we hadn’t booked but Kathryn quickly found us a table. I had one of the best risottos I’ve had in a long time (pancetta, Parmesan and crispy bacon), definitely recommend. My husband had the seafood linguine which he thoroughly enjoyed and said was very good. Despite how busy the staff were in a full restaurant they were all helpful and professional. A special mention to Kathryn who quite unfairly had a lot of complaints from one couple (after they had eaten all their food). She dealt with this extremely professionally so much so that us and the table next to us checked that she was ok as they had been very unpleasant to her. Well done Kathryn and thank you for making our dining experience so pleasurable. One small criticism, would like a couple more coffee pods in the room. Tried carrying 2 coffees up from the 24 hour lounge, not easy. Only 2 coffee pods and 2 decaf.
