We had a lovely weekend here. The BnB is immaculately clean and Gary obviously takes great pride in this business. We got a warm welcome and Gary gave us some local tips, including a recommendation for a show at the local theatre which was fantastic!! The room was clean and well equipped with some nice touches. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was nice also. Free WiFi which was good and the room was refreshed every day. There is street parking outside and we got parked easily enough, and there always seemed to be available spaces outside. Gary gave us a permit to street park that covered our stay which was a nice touch. Breakfast was amazing and served piping hot with plenty of choice of both food and drinks. It's about a 15 min leisurely walk into the main area of Scarborough. Even walking back at night it felt safe and was well lit. If you are coming with an electric car like we did you might need to go early in the morning or late at night to charge as a lot of the chargers were always occupied, or only very slow chargers available (maybe we were just unlucky). This isn't a reflection on the BnB though, just a local tip of you are in the area with an EV. Would highly recommend this place and would definitely stay again. The room was immaculate, serviced every day. The breakfast very filling and nothing was to much trouble for Gary, thoroughly enjoyed our stay would highly recommend. Lovely comfortable bed with tea and coffe facilitys in the room. plenty of wardrobe and draw space excellent all round. Alan james

Gary is an excellent host. Location was excellent too. 10 min stroll to beach or 6 min fast walk. Spotless accommodation and tasty breakfast. I needed to do some work whilst there and he allowed me to work in the breakfast room rather than the bedroom which was much more comfortable and so perfectly quiet. Highly recommend

A wonderful stay in the perfect B&B…spotlessly clean, bedroom of a hotel standard and a terrific breakfast which was served hot unlike lukewarm offerings you often get in a hotel .Gary was so welcoming on arrival and throughout our stay…thank you.

Well as soon as I walked in made welcome by the owner Gary gave me loads of information and then showed me my room,traveled Solo but double bed furniture was really modern,nice shower,carnt see me staying anywhere else when I come to Scarborough now perfect location
