We've just returned from our Tot's week at Cayton Bay Park dean and we have absolutely loved it. The caravan was clean and modern, facilities are also the same, the pool was great being at a 0.45m-0.85m height for little ones, and all the staff genuinely seemed happy to help, both those serving food, in shops and entertainment staff. Staff went out of their way to answer questions they werent sure the answers of (i asked one member of staff at the ice cream parlour about the laundry facilities and he called around and found out for me, whilst we ate our icecreams in the sun, rather than just sending me to reception) And actually, when 'people watching' the staff genuinely looked quite happy to be there! Happily chatting to each other during quiet times - and usually happy staff mean happy customers! Entertainment was incredible- the ABBA tribute was the best thing we have seen in ages - with not a flat note anywhere which we all know can be rare for caravan entertainment! And the kids shows were great fun with entertainment staff attending in the audience to hype up the shows and engage with the kids. I'd especially like to thank Amelia as she was so kind with both my crazy toddler boy and baby girl, engaging with him on the dance floor and talking to my daughter with Pipsqueek. Thank you, Amelia, for making our stay really memorable, and we hope to see you next year! Only downside to note was the phone reception and 5G was next to zero so we basically had an Internet free holiday, which meant more memories were made so not always a bad thing but definitely worth knowing for parents who might want to pre-download their kids favourite shows to avoid meltdowns.

We visited you this week Monday - Friday. On arrival our van unfortunately had no electricity but the staff were great in finding us an alternative caravan. The electrician who tried to fix the issue was very helpful and efficient. The site is a good size and everything is well maintained. My son loves the pool as he could stand up in all areas - the pool was a life saver on wet days. The beach is a 10 minute walk for little legs and did not disappoint - lovely sand and perfect for a paddle! Would return. - thank you
