Me and my boyfriend spent 2 nights in the Atlanta Hotel, the hotel did what it needed to do for us. The room was clean, the bathroom was beautiful. The rest of the hotel room appeared to need updating as it seemed and felt old in its decor. The location is not what I had expected although I could have done more research before booking (it was part of a multi trip). It is based in the middle of an industrial park with and Aldi and Pizzeria close by and that is all. It was easy enough to get onto the bus and tram but you certainly can't walk anywhere - just take that in mind if it bothers you. We used the spa, it was nice, nothing fancy but we enjoyed it nonetheless. Breakfast lacked options but the food I did have was OK. Lack of toaster and fruit options (just apples). A good choice of hotel If you're looking to be out of the way of the hustle and bustle of Germany.

I like the hotel a lot, but they charge for parking (there are many stores with huge lots nearby so the only people using the lot are staying at the hotel). The machine to pay for parking was broken so you had to do it at the front desk. Otherwise, a clean and pleasant stay.

So many things went wrong!
First they could not find our booking, even of I showed them my reservation with name and bookingnumber...
We had booked a nonsmoking deluxe room with bathrobes and coffee machine. Did not get anything of that.. Instead we got a smoky doubleroom where the towels and even bedsheets were smelling like a cigarr!
We complained before departure, but did not get any compensation for their mistake of the room...
The spa area is very small, with one small jacuzzi for 2 and a sauna for 2, which means that the other 8 guests (max 12 in the area) only can sit and watch the others enjoying...
We took the evening buffé, which was a huge mistake! Fish and chicken is ok but tasted nothing, like boring hospital food with no salt or spices. You hade to pay extra for getting a cup of coffee, and even water...
Sött, will not come back again!
The only thing that was ok with the staying was the well sorted breakfast with bred, yoghurt, scrambled egg, bacon, pancaces and even coffe...

Ik was in de gelukkige omstandigheid een appartement te krijgen. Wat was dat een grote ruimte zeg. Eigen woonkamer met keukenblok en toebehoren zoals koelkast, koffiezetapparaat en waterkoker. Verder een slaapkamer en een badkamer en in het halletje meer dan voldoende kastruimte. Wel merkte je meteen en de kamer dat er was gerookt en het was er heel warm. Ontbijt was verder prima verzorgd en uitgebreid. Gedineerd heb ik er niet. Personeel was over het algemeen een beetje nors.

Das Hotel ist nicht direkt in Leipzig, sondern südlich davon in Markkleeberg. Nur so als Anmerkung. Gutes Haus, ohne besonderen Charme, das eine Renovierung an manchen Stellen verdient hätte. Die aushängenden Auszeichnungen sind meist +10 Jahre her. In die Ecken darf man bei der Sauberkeit auch nicht schauen, aber an den hygienisch wichtigen Positionen ist alles in Ordnung. Frühstück absolut gut, mit aufmerksamen Service. Abends habe ich gefühlt den teuersten Burger der Welt gegessen, der aber dem Preis nicht ganz standhielt. Und warum mich ständig zwei Kellner umschwirrten und das gleiche gefragt haben, weis ich bis heute nicht. Dann geht man halt nur einmal ins Hotelrestaurant. Im Ort gibt es sehr nette kleine Lokale mit guter Küche zu günstigeren Preisen und höherer Qualität. Positiv ist der bewachte Parkplatz, der sogar überdacht ist (kostenpflichtig).
