Marylil is located just blocks from Lake Michigan, just south of the Warren Dunes. It is a beautiful ranch style 5 bedroom, 2 bath home in a private and wooded beach association. The following improvements were made: refinished hardwood floors, freshly painted, new trim, new hardware, new doors, and a new bathroom. A wonderful screened-in porch with a huge private fenced-in backyard to relax or use it as a great space for the kids to run around. There is an outdoor shower to rinse off all that sand from the beach. Make use of the outdoor gas grill for your family barbeques. Marylil is equipped with central air conditioning and has a washer and dryer. The bedrooms include one king bed, three with queen beds, and one bunk room – one twin over twin and another twin over full. There is a pack and play.
