The Lodge & Club at Ponte Vedra Beach

Excellent location with elite customer experience. We had a superior ocean view room, which was literally overlooking the beach just steps away. The general area was very quiet and upscale, yet just a short drive away from restaurants, grocery stores, and anything else you need up and down A1A. The dining on site was great, we loved the bar and grille area with its fireplace, food, and friendly atmosphere. The outdoor dining area was bustling during the day yet still good food and service, and it quiets down at night if you want to relax in the adult pool or hot tub area. There's also a family pool area that is bigger and great for kids. Our room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. Gift shop is small yet the quality of the products is exceptional, I bought a quarter zip and shirt that were very pricey yet ultra soft and high end. Worth it for sure. Finally, the staff goes above and beyond. The valets, front desk, food wait staff, bartenders, room service, cleaning staff...everyone was friendly, caring, and willing to do anything to make our stay warm and fun. We would go back here in a heartbeat. This was a great place to stay for a Jags game in November -- well away from the hustle and bustle of the city, and only a 15-20 minute drive from a shuttle bus stop to the game. We liked it so much we went back the next June.

Myself and my 3 children (ranging from 9-17) stayed here for the week of July 4th. We have no complaints. We loved the quiet atmosphere of the Lodge and Club as opposed to the livelier Inn and Club. The pool was peaceful, the camp for my 9 year old was great, and she had fun, and I got some time to relax. The beach was a few steps away from our room, and the fireworks we saw from our balcony could not be beat! We will be back every year for July 4th :)

We stayed at Casa Monica again which belongs to this club. It’s a 15 min drive and is very worthy. The Serenata club has beach front access where you can rent chairs and umbrella at only $5 each. It has two pools, one family and one adults only. It also has a restaurant with very decent prices and actually great food. I had octopus salad one day and swordfish sandwich another which were great.

Just wanted to give an excellent rating to the folks at The Lodge & Club at Ponte Vedra in Jacksonville Beach. This year from the time we got there on 7/6 till we departed on 7/12 everyone treated us so well and took care of every detail regarding our stay. We can’t get the whole family together often so when we do it means the world to us to us that our rooms, the pools, the beach and the restaurants are user friendly. The staff went out of their way with everything from unloading our cars, straightening up our rooms, and making sure the meals were well prepared and kid-friendly. Can’t wait to get back and enjoy some time there with everyone in the near future. Thanks to everyone on staff that made our 2024 trip so memorable!

We had a great time staying at the Lodge for Mothers day weekend. The front desk staff were wonderful, but the stars were housekeeping. Davinia (I think that was her name) turned down our room daily and met my 2 year old and asked him his name. He had spilled water on the bed and we apologized. When we got back to the room she had left him a note addressed by name and a rubber ducky. She truly made it a higher level experience with the personal touch so please thank her.

This is our second stay here and we WILL be back! We just love this place. When you check in they immediately bring you champagne. The Ocean Suite has a perfect view of the ocean. There is a calming fireplace and outside seating area just outside our room. We had a private balcony that showed a beautiful sunrise every morning. The first time we stayed, we were on the first floor and just had a patio that was not private. This time we asked for the second floor in order to have that private balcony. The room was clean and exactly as you see in the pictures on the website. The bathroom has 2 sinks, a shower that was large, a separate jetted tub - all clean. There is a sitting area with a sofa, TV , chair and table. There is also a comfy window seat. Not to mention a gas fireplace in the room that adds to the atmosphere. VERY comfortable bed and pillows. Clean kitchen area. Black out curtains that over the window and door at night and sheers for privacy if you want to use them. There is a turn down service that is different now than our first stay - the first time we stayed, someone came in and turned the bed down, left water, chocolates and sea shells with a card about the shell. This time, the bed was made but already turned down - but they still came around later with water and chocolates - no sea shells this time. The closet has an iron and ironing board, slippers, robes, a safe, extra blankets and pillows, umbrellas, and beach towels. The food is amazing. We ate in both restaurants and ordered room service as well. The Sea View Grille is a beautiful room, very clean and pretty. The Oasis is outside and much more casual - right next to the pool area. Room service was great - easy to order, they show up quickly, everything still hot, they give you a fresh flower too. The views are amazing, the beach is private so it isn't packed EVER. We rented beach bikes - it was smooth and easy to do. The BEST thing about the stay is the staff - these people really pamper you - they know you by name, they will do anything for you, they ask permission to come in with room service and wipe their feet, they ALWAYS smile. I cannot say enough about them all. Dowell and Geoffrey are amazing and really stood out to us and we hope they will be there during our next visit. The property itself is clean, the pool area is clean. The building itself could use a fresh coat of paint - but it's hardly noticeable unless you're looking. Honestly I can't think of one complaint and I'm sad when we have to check out.

From start to finish, they worked hard to please and remembered our names. They let us arrive early on a very rainy day. Jackson at the front desk made sure we had a quiet room and inquired about our stay throughout the visit. Apollo would see us coming and run get our car, always with a kind word. The Sea View Grille was a beautiful setting for a delicious dinner. Coffee was available in the lounge every morning. The facilities are updated and what you see in the photos. We look forward to returning.

The place is charming, the views are amazing, food in all the restaurants is very good and service very caring. Our room was a perfect one with ocean view and a delicious fireplace. Walking around is such a pleasure, even if you go to the beach or by the boulevard. Looking forward to be back.
