Hotelli Savonlinna

We booked a double room in your Hotel Kuutti (Olavinkatu 15), for one night, for 9.8.2025. 1) When we arrived, we found a sign on the door indicating that reception is at a different place, i.e. Puistokatu 4 (see attachment). So we drove there, just to find the door to that reception firmly closed. When calling, we were informed that the reception is in fact in Olavinkatu 15, on the other side of the building. We met more guests who were misled as well. 2) When we finally check in at Olavinkatu 15, we got a room, but when we entered it we fould it in a dirty state, i.e. obviously not cleaned after the previous guest had left. So down we go and ask for another room, which we get after a while. 3) The next room seemed clean at first glance. However, we detected that the shower had lots of mould, and the toiled flushing mechanism was defective (broken valve in the water tank?). We get another room, which is acceptable. 4) We agreed with the receptionist that we send our comments, and she would propose a refund. We sent the email on 11 August and a reminder 14 August, but got no reaction so far.
