JW Marriott Savannah Plant Riverside District

一座工業廠區改造的酒店。很驚艷的酒店。寶石，恐龍化石，藝術品主題很漂亮，臨河的風景也很美。服務也很奈斯。游泳的時候睡袍被收走了，口袋裡裝着卡包，前台長髮帥哥積極協助最後在三個洗衣房裡找到卡包。酒吧也不錯。

房間是利用舊廠房改造，既有歷史痕跡又不乏現代風格，設施齊全，乾淨，周邊適合休閑放鬆，服務態度也好，住了兩次，比較喜歡。

設施：很全 衞生：衞生 環境：優美 薩凡納河邊的酒店，應該是常規酒店中當地最好的。唯一不滿的是管理上有點亂，一直在隨意的扣我們的信用卡，費用始終沒搞清楚，通過攜程管家的不懈溝通，現在終於確認多收款了，目前還沒收到退款，希望一切順利。

Best Hotel in Savannah

The hotel it's self is interesting and beautiful. With the fossils geodes and art alone, you can be in the hotel common spaces having a great time. There are plenty of restaurants, ships, and bars to go to on-site as well. They offer you a glass of wine while you wait in line to check in. The valet and bellhop staff are incredibly helpful, warm , and genuinely kind. The environmental services staff and spa staff were also incredibly kind. The roo.s were impeccable, and the spa services were incredibly worthwhile. The whole hotel down to the pillows mattress shower and toiletries seemed to be chosen with relaxation and emotional comfort in mind. Every staff member should ha e raises for the support and service they provide their guests. Make sure to tip them directly with cash or ask them for their venmo account so they get more of their tips for themselves. They work hard and deserve every dollar! We picked a river facing room and it was a great choice. You could hear some music later in the evening but it was not overly loud or disturbing. You might wake up to a barge with ots lights on, but even that was exciting because you are in awe of the size of them. The view of the river when you're simply relaxing in your room is spectacular. The ramp areas can get a little steep for those with the need for disabilities and the need for ambulatory devices. The designers tried to put in some flat spots to help slow the wheelchairs down as they decend, but it doest help a lot so you really have to work to control them. Some of the transitions in the hotel feom one type of floor to another require a quick pace to get over them in a wheelchair. The room size was wonderful. You had plenty ty of room for luggage assistive devices and never felt cramped.

The Valet service was a 5 Star. Miss McLean greeted us and showed us everything we needed to know. The hotel staff took us uptown one day. Another night we were taken to dinner in the Genesis and were made to feel like royalty. Our room was on the river and we loved it. Every member of the staff we talked to was highly professional and so helpful. I have already recommended you to my friends and on Facebook. We are Titanium Elite Lifetime members. We have traveled the USA and Internationally and this is the highest quality Marriott we have stayed at. The hotel is so different and beautiful, but the staff and service people I give 10 stars. Thank you for making our Anniversary trip one to cherish.

This hotel is charging me $144.41 without any item or invoice. As I called the front desk and they didn't see the charge, and why they charged it. I booked this hotel for two rooms for one night through trip.com, and paid through the web site, then when I checked in on 9/21/2024, the front desk asked me to put down a different credit card for security deposit, now is 10/7/2024, that card still being charged $144.41 pending status!!! I called 5 times to the front desk, and they didn't see this charge! I asked them to transfer me to billing department, but they just hang up me. I called back in again, it goes to voice mail, no one answers. THIS IS RIDICULOUS!!! Please do not steal people's money!!! I will contact them again, or go legal action! Guest

Another amazing stay at the JW! When you enter the lobby you feel like you just stepped into a museum instead of a hotel. We were warmly welcomed by Nelvis with a nice chilled glass of Prosecco and a huge smile as she quickly checked us in for our 6 night stay. A huge thank you to Sapphire, our VIP Liaison, for the upgrade to the corner Leeward Suite in the Atlantic Building. It had beautiful views of the Savannah River and downtown area from every angle, wet bar area with minifridge, spacious walk-in closet loaded with storage, luxurious king bed and an amazing bathroom with soaking tub, shower, double sinks and toiletries. We were truly appreciative. Our suite was located steps away from the rooftop pool where we spent our days. Allison and her pool crew, Cheyenne, Abigail, Michael and Otka provided the best service from quick conversation, adjusting an umbrella or delivering food & beverage. It was hard to leave our "poolside friends" that treated us so special. There are so many outstanding employees at the JW Marriott that made us return for a 2nd time. I was so happy to randomly run into Emily Stamper/ Food and Beverage. She is one classy lady and we wish her continued success. Thank you to all the wonderful people that made us feel like VIPs. From Grace our server at breakfast with her huge welcoming smile, Shakur at Myrtle & Rose rooftop bar serving us cocktails, Julian the doorman and Reggie in valet to name a few. They are all part of the huge employee puzzle pieces of the JWMarriott that keeps us returning. We are already discussing a return visit!

We came for a business meeting and it was a lovely stay! Hannah, our valet, started things off right with her friendly welcome! The lobby was stunning and we had to send pictures home to the kids of the massive dinosaur replica and stunning aggots and crystals!
