Hampton Inn & Suites Savannah Historic District

The workout room was closed for repairs. The food was average. The plumbing needs updating. The beds make noises when you sit on them, like the mattress rubs/creaks inside the platform. The staff was kind and helpful. The hotel just needs some refurbishing.

Very friendly housekeeping!

The bed was awful, I had bruises the next morning. The side of the shower stall was literally rusted and had big holes.

Everything was ok except staff at breakfast she wasn't that friendly and should say kind of rude and breakfast wasn't that great either other than that didn't have that much interaction with the staff

Staff was very friendly, check-in was fast. Bed was very comfortable. Paying $335 for one night stay having to park a goid distance away and pay an extra $30 to park was not so special. Breakfast was good but the staff could not keep enough food out because there was so many people...

Everything was fine it's just that heater was not working and it was kind of cool in the room but the maintenance man can it fix it two days after we was there

I had issues with the manager concerning my reservation and a refund for a night not used. I was travelling with my daughter and was forced to book a room through ******* at 10:30 PM when our Airbnb was unacceptable. I originally called the hotel but was told there were no rooms. After checking with ******* I located a room from them and booked it for two nights, but realized the next morning we only needed it for one night. I contacted ******* who reassured me they would get the hotel to refund that extra day. But later ******* informed me that the hotel would not do this as it was non-refundable. I told the front desk manager that morning when we left to go shopping that we were vacating the room and it was now available for booking. When we returned to the hotel and I found out that your hotel would not refund my money, I spoke with the manager about it. He was rude and not one bit sympathetic to my plight. When I realized that I would be out the money, I decided to go back to the room and stay for the night. It had been cleaned & my key card would not work. I have booked through ******* many times and found my self in the situation where I did not need a night that I had reserved. They kindly reached out to the hotels who were gracious enough to grant the refund. I am very disappointed in Hampton Inn for not doing this as well. We stay in Hampton Inns frequently, but this will be the last one unless you are willing to make this right. Thank you, Michelle Page

Very nice hotel for price for downtown Savannah. Staff was friendly, room was well appointed and clean with microwave and mini fridge, great restaurant within 3-min walk.

The hotel was great. However it was a bit confusing according to the booking there two Hampton inns within a mile away from each other and the booking shows both addresses.
