There was a huge mixup with booking a room based on pics on Trip.com website vs what I ended up with upon arrival Basically booked a jacuzzi room and got a plain room. The hotel bent over backwards to try to accommodate me...as it was unavailable and they reduced my room rate for the first night and put me into the jacuzzi room the 2nd night without any higher charge either What an amazing staff!!

We had a great experience. The rooms are comfortable and clean. The location is convenient. There are several decent restaurants in the area. Check in and check out were quick and smooth. The hotel serves a good hot breakfast with a variety of foods.

The A/C in the room was making so much noise we couldn’t sleep at night. Bathroom was not clean as well. Wouldn’t book there again.

Hotel was convenient for our needs. Only issue was how noisy the air conditioning unit was in our room that kept waking us up at night.

The hotel location is quite good, along the trans Canada highway. And close to many restaurants. However, the room was small and the bathroom also, especially the bathroom counter, little room for the acoutrements

The design of the room was superb. The placement of the closet and the design of the cabinetry was excellent. The use of a window seat creates much needed seating and storage space. Suggestions - add another hook on the side of the closet. A two queen bed room would mean that two - or more - people have booked the room so another hook would be used by the second person in the room. The metal bar over the hook is only useful if one brings their own clothes hangers. The hangers in the room are not useable for this bar. Some regular hangers should be provided for this bar. The light between the two beds is much too bright. As a night light it should have a lower watt bulb. The breakfast room has too much furniture dedicated to group seating. The few small tables for couples are situated right in the food area so one is constantly surrounded by people getting their breakfast. You should open the conference room located right beside the breakfast area to allow for more private seating.

Really great. Room was clean and comfortable. Staff were super! Breakfast was great... hot sausage and eggs were included. Also provided nice cold water so appreciated.
