The main floor includes a living room with ocean view, fully stocked kitchen, dining area, full bath with large walk-in shower and a large quiet balcony with a terrific view of the ocean, swimmers and surfers. Upstairs are the master bedroom with a beautiful ocean view, the guest bedroom and fully remodeled bathroom with tub. This is a Non-Smoking complex and ours is a No Pets unit. Decorated beautifully, with upscale taste. The fully equipped kitchen, with new Whirlpool appliances is well stocked. The dining area sits 6 people comfortably. There is a large 2020 Samsung 55" HD flat screen TV in living room with an additional new ROKU ready 32-inch TV's in both the master and 2nd bedroom. The master bedroom suite offers ocean views, a king-size bed, and plenty of storage space. The second guest bedroom has a queen bed, twin and spacious closet area.
