Unfortunately, the room service left much to be desired. The geyser was out of order, which was quite inconvenient. Despite multiple reminders, the used teacups were never collected. Additionally, they don't serve water unless explicitly asked, which i found odd. Overall, the lack of attention to basic service details made for a disappointing experience. I hope the management addresses these issues for future guests.

Hotel not maintained properly regards to hygiene and room facility mainly on that day both lifts are out of order and customers has to climb all 3 floors

Location is good room not up to the standard no running hot water available only in morning hours airconditioner not working properly kettle not working
