Location is good. Property is not maintained well. The price doesn’t justify the service. Food is average. Not many options in breakfast

The property is as good as the pictures. The stay was amazing, rooms were really clean, the food was great too and the hotel staff were really nice. I would recommend everyone to visit this hotel if you’re travel-ling to mahabaleshwar.

No proper access road to the main road. Though the hotel has valley view the food and the overall dull vibe kills the overall ambience

Overpriced at mmt. Property was 1k lesser in direct booking. To compensate that hotel offered a free breakfast. Hospitality is very good at the hotel right from reception to restaurant but rooms are very average. Not worth for the price they offer directly or via any portal.

Property is not worthy to stay as its not maintained properly so not recommended ans also not for children as there is no amenities

Booked one night stay for a group of 3 couples and a child. The property name says resort and spa, but the spa is closed. The pool looks big in the pictures. There’s no game room for children as shown. Half the amenities were unavailable. The property wouldn’t issue gst bill if asked for. Wouldn’t recommend or book again.

The view from the room is just wow, the food was also very tasty, service was also very good, staff was polite too. The road towards the resort from the main road is a damaged too much, need to do something to this, they need to address this issue.

Property location is very good but rooms are below average. No towels present no toiletries even garden area was full of garbage. Food quality is good

The stay was bad. Alley in front of the rooms were smelling like toilet. Rooms were full with seepage and mold. No view at all from the rooms since these were almost in basement. Staff were unprofessional. No kettle in the room for water heater. Food was the only thing that we liked and the location as well.
