"Very disappointing experience with one of the new staff members in the reception area. His attitude toward guests was extremely rude, disrespectful, and unprofessional. The way he asked guests to leave the reception waiting area was unacceptable. He treated people as if they were a nuisance and spoke to them with a sarcastic and dismissive attitude. There was clearly a lack of basic courtesy and respect toward the guests. Being in the reception area means being the first point of contact for guests. If this is how guests are treated, management should seriously look into the staff member’s behavior and customer service skills. Guests deserve to be treated with respect—not spoken to as if they are unwanted."

"Breakfast was included. The variety wasn't huge, but the menu changed slightly the next day, so there was some variety even on consecutive days, which was nice. I would have been happy if there had been some vegetables, though. The room was spacious and clean. Hand soap and body cream were conveniently placed in bottles on the bathroom wall."
