This apartment, designed for 2 people only, was completely renovated during the first half of 2019: modern and old materials (old fireplace, moldings on the ceiling, cement tiles, stone ...) now rub shoulders. A 1-minute walk from the Maison de la Boétie and the Saint-Sacerdos Cathedral, this 66 m2 suite and its planted and furnished terrace of 29 m2 facing south / southeast, immerse you in a chic and refined atmosphere. One of the few apartments with a spacious terrace, in the heart of the medieval center of Sarlat, known for having a high density of listed historic monuments.
