Tui Blue Seno - Adults Only

Where do I start with this one?………unbelievable maybe? This hotel lived up to the hype and more. Booked this hotel for a special birthday and loved it from start to finish. From check-in where a golf buggy took us to the room, to the room itself which was spectacular. Pre booked the room on the TUI app as I knew which view I wanted. Big balcony with the most perfect view. Greeted with a bottle of wine in the room, tea/coffee and welcome of dried fruit. The beach here was stunning, shallow warm water with plenty of beds with umbrellas, never a fight to get a bed. Lagoon pool and the most delicious food. Walk up to room wasn’t as bad as it looks, I chose to walk, other half took the shuttle up which was every 15 mins or so. Meal times were excellent, huge variety and plenty of Vegan and veggie options for me. Had a birthday meal at the a la carte restaurant with was lovely and staff left a birthday present on the bed for me. Room was cleaned daily and new supplies of coffee/ tea etc, got fresh milk from the bar to keep in fridge. Entertainment was great at night and plenty to do in the day. Took a walk into the village to shop, took about 25 mins, plenty of places to grab a bargain or two. All in all if you want a perfect hotel, adults only with amazing food, staff, rooms, beach you need to book this place, you will not be sorry. Definitely one to return too. We visited Seno for one week and had the most amazing time. Arrived to a very warm welcome and a refreshing drink. First thing we spotted in reception on one of the sofas was a beautiful cat called Princess. The hotel grounds were fully of friendly cats and kittens. they are well looked after by the hotel with cat feeders and water bowls all around the hotel. If you don't like cats then the hotel may not be the place for you. If you do then definitely go to Seno! We stayed in room 5044, just down from reception by the Oasis pool, very high up on the hill. We paid extra to get a room with a view and it was worth every penny. Not only was the view stunning but our room was amazing. Rustic features with real modern twists. Big, spacious and totally gorgeous. We were provided with a dried fruit pack and a medium size bottle of red wine as welcome gifts. Note - Seno does not provide any alcoholic drinks in the fridge and only 1 lot of soft drinks. Tip - If you like to have an alcoholic drink when getting ready in evening buy some booze on the plane on the way over. Soft drinks you can ask reception to top up and they bill you or you can buy from the onsite shop. The resort is spread over a very high hill. A bus/buggy service runs regularly to ferry people up and down. Walking down is great but walking up, not so much. Big restaurant with lots of choice every evening, something for everyone. We did the hidden secrets tour thinking this was a tour of the resort but instead was a big hike around the local area. It was great but had we known it was a hike we would have worn proper footwear and not our flip flops! A representative from TUI is on the walk but doesn't talk or guide. Entertainment was fantastic! We went to the starlight bar. If you are sat behind the large plant decoration you will not get a great view. Lots of activities to do - download the TUI blue app. You can check what activities are on and book them. Highly recommend the archery and darts, both great fun. Would definitely recommend the Catamaran trip which you can book at the little kiosk on the beach. 3 and a half hours out around the bay and going swimming in the blue caves. 30 euros per ticket. Had a massage which was amazing, absolute bliss. Cocktails were all delicious! Staff were fantastic, all worked hard and very friendly. There are at least 4 swimming pools, some have music and some don't. The whole resort was beautiful. We absolutely loved it! A week was not long enough. We would look to go back again for 10 days.

Returned in October from our third visit to this fantastic hotel with three more visits planned for 2025/26. This is our new ‘go to’ hotel for many many reasons. Staff, food, rooms, cleanliness etc just first class. What more could we ask for. We choose our room via ‘select your room’ with our preference being the level that the main pool/restaurant is on. Worth every penny for the amazing sea views in block D. See you all in May - counting the days till we are back in paradise.

My wife and I travelled to the Tui Blue Seno during the recent October half term along with my parents and my sister. We spent 2 hours in the Tui travel agents when booking this holiday, as my wife is disabled, and we needed to make sure the hotel was suitable for her using either a rolling walker or wheelchair. The agents convinced us that yes, is fully disabled friendly. We proceeded to book, ensuring we had special assistance through the airport, and a private transfer when we arrived in Dalaman as she would be unable to get onto the coach. The hotel took a couple of weeks to confirm that an accessible room would be available, and once they did, we proceeded with the booking. When we checked in online, we noticed the seats we had been allocated were 2a and **, which would have been unsuitable with seats in front of us, my wife would have been unable to shuffle sideways. Red flag number 1 that this holiday wasn't going to be all we were promised by Tui. We managed to contact Tui and get these seats changed, although they gave us 2c and 2d on the outbound, either side of the aisle and staggered. We accepted this as it at least meant my wife had an aisle seat with no-one in front of her, making it easier for her to get into and out of the seat. As it happened, when we boarded no-one was sat in 2e or 2f, so the cabin crew said it would be fine for me to sit next to her. When we landed the airport staff were great and got us through the airport quickly. However, our private transfer was a Mercedes V class with 6 seats, all facing each other. Coupled with the difficulty of getting 5 suitcases, a walker and a wheelchair into it (the wheelchair eventually had to go in the front with the driver) the seat configuration made it very difficult for my wife to get in, as there were no grab handles, and quite a high step into the back of the van. Reg flag number 2, and she was beginning to get upset now. None of the seat belts worked in the vehicle, so we had to hold on and hope! We arrived at the hotel at 9pm, 30 minutes before dinner ended so the staff helped us into one of their on-site golf carts to get us down the incredibly steep hill to the restaurant. We had to rush eating a little, but the food was amazing, making us feel a bit more comfortable. We then called up to reception for the golf cart to come and colle t us so we could check in. On arriving back at reception, we were allocated our rooms, all in the same block about halfway down the hill. It occurred to me to check that this was an accessible room, to be told that it wasn't and they had no record of such a request! (despite the taking 2 weeks to confirm we could have one back in may when we booked) Red flag 3. Luckily as we were staying in the final week before the hotel closed for winter, they did have an accessible room available, so we were moved the room 4004 directly opposite the restaurant. This was our 3rd visit to this amazing Hotel. My review from 2023 says it all, but this time it certainly did not disappoint. We had asked for the same room and had received confirmation from the customer liaison chap that this was all fine. However, when arriving, which was early hours, we did not have the same room as promised. We went to the room, and soon realised although it was very far up the hill, it was overlooking the Oasis Pool, which we had never ventured to on our previous visits and we loved it even more. The room had been refurbished, beautiful room, so clean and modern with a fabulous view, and we loved the option at staying by the Oasis pool as a change from the beach or ending the afternoon there before going in to change for dinner. The staff here are amazing. So friendly. Food is the best we have experienced and we need to stop comparing other hotels to it, but it's very difficult as it is so good. The beach area is fabulous, private to the hotel, clean and welcoming. Food at lunch here is good, and you can vary it on some days by getting the buses back up to the main building, which was also excellent. The buses, for those like us who are starting to struggle a little with big hills, were amazing. The drivers are super friendly, and they are always going up and down. Unfortunately, it doesn't always eliminate the odd rude guests, but you find them everywhere. Entertainment is low key but decent enough. I particularly enjoyed the beach party, with music, fruits, cake, and extra cocktails where the hotel teams come down and join in the fun. Some days as it was so hot, the staff came around with chilled face cloths, which is certainly a lovely gesture and an example of how this hotel goes the extra distance. I was wondering where the goats went! Saw these on previous visits, on our walk down to the beach but not this time? We love this place. The weather in July was fabulous and generally around 35°. I love this, but my husband finds it too much. So, we have certainly booked again for 2025, but going in September instead, to a more comfortable temperature. If we could we would go three times a year. We are again hoping to ask for our sane room again for next year and fingers crossed we get it, as I'm sure there is a way to do this. Suggestions welcome. Looking to book again already. First visit to Turkey & blown away. Stunning Hotel with wonderful staff in every department. Location/room Perfect Massive thank you to Serdal who we went to twice a day for archery lessons. He is a brilliant teacher and loves his job. He also took us for the outdoor Bluefit (boot) camp with logs & a tractor tyre, brilliant highly recommend. Zozan yoga angel, fantastic way to start the day with sunrise yoga, missed this class when it wasn’t on‍♀️ Aqua gym was fantastic in the Lagoon Pool, stunning setting down at the beach. Another great instructor who loved her job. Food, not a fan of a buffet, I loved to be served, I’m a Head Chef for an international law firm in London and when I’m away I want to be waited on hand and foot, so I do love à la carte restaurant. BUT, this buffet was mind blowing every single day from breakfast, lunch and dinner. I could not stop taking photos and posting the amazing food, from whole sea bass, tiger prawns, kebabs, pasta was outstanding, salad bar was incredible as where the choice of dressings and dips. Nuts, seeds, dried/fresh/candied/tinned fruit. Ice cream counter was wonderful. I could go on and on. Chefs were immaculate and so hard working I wish I could take you back to work for me. Waiting/bar staff were always happy and nothing too much trouble. I now know what a foodie hotel looks like. (Ive been to some amazing 5* hotels)It was also lovely to go to the à la carte restaurant and dine under the stars, so I did at least get one served meal. I agree with other reviews, the buffet was so incredible I didn’t need to try The Grill. Be nice if it was included when you stay 7 nights or more. I’m a foodie so I would have liked to have seen the food there. Overall, the resort was stunning. No rush to put towels down, plenty of sunbeds, would have liked the comfortable covers from the beach on the pool beds, but you can’t have everything. Loads of beautiful outside pools and areas to sunbath, secret garden was an oasis and you had an oasis pool area at the top of the resort. I have never ever written such a long review and I could go on forever. The award wall in reception says it all. I can’t wait to return. SIMPLY OUTSTANDING IN EVERYWAY. Thank you Seno and Turkey
