小孩子比較多，適合家庭，有一片私人海灘，就是海灘不夠平整，石子較多，海景和我後面去的費特希耶的酒店比起來略有遜色；酒店服務一半一半吧，有的staff較為熱情，有的態度一般；設施比較陳舊，衞生感覺一般般，不如費特希耶這邊的酒店；全包的餐食怎麼説呢，早餐晚餐較為豐盛，午餐很一般，在這裏呆三天實在是吃的有點膩了。

What a fantastic hotel! My family & I loved every minute of our stay here in July 2024. We upgraded to a lake house villa & although approximately £100 a night more than a standard room it was in my opinion absolutely worth it & it made our holiday what it was! Lake house villas have a private outside area with loungers & a lazy river style pool that goes along the foot of the villas of which there are not that many. It’s a wonderful option to have a quiet & private alternative to the main pool area. Between each row of lake houses you’ll find snack & drinks bars with jacuzzi pools exclusively for lake house guests. We split our days between the main pool area & our own more private pool area at the lake house. The main restaurant is huge & has excellent food options & it was where we had breakfast & some dinners. Lunch was better at the pool bars & restaurants… our favourite lunch spot was the Breeze Bar. The staff were all very friendly & helpful. We had a great time chatting to the local staff& they were so kind & helpful to the family. A range of specialist pre book theme restaurants were also great although you do have to pay for the upgrade approximately £30 per adult. The Italian & Teppanyaki was very good! The beach looked nice but we didn’t use it as we preferred the pool area & water slides area! The Carpi kids club was just amazing! Kids could be pre booked into this & parents could also stay with their kids too. There is a kids only water park, trampolines, swings, slides, Play houses, Lego & ice cream area! The evening entertainment was just amazing! Various acts & shows performed on stage each night. We really enjoyed every show! All in all we had a wonderful time & we plan to return in future (and we never go back to the same place again normally!) Thank you to everyone at Hilton in Sarigerme. We love the Turkish people & their wonderful hospitality!

Brilliant service as soon as we entered the hotel. Drinks were served upon arrival and we were met with the most welcoming of staff. A special shout out to Fatih Inci who works on reception. He made sure we were given amazing accommodation, which we love! He ensured we were given all the information and was so helpful. Great customer service. The resort is absolutely beautiful. Great food and so clean! The standard here is 5 star plus. Very happy!

A great family resort on the beach. We stayed with three families in the lake houses. We pretty much had our own private pool. Rooms are great, staff are super friendly, and the food was excellent. Loads for the kids to do. We barely saw them for 10 days!! Facilities are great. Special mention to Berkun in the gym which is brand new and equipped with the highest spec equipment...

Every staff at the hotel was very helpful. wonderful holiday. Especially Roof bar Barmen Taner Dalkilic is a worldwide level talented barmen and you must try his own recipes as an example “exorcist”. He prepared for us in the bar and it was most delicious I had

I traveled during the May half term holiday break (in the UK) with my daughter for a sun / sand / pool getaway, and it couldn't have been better. This place is really special and we will definitely return. This was our first trip to this hotel, but I don't think we met anyone else for whom it was also their first trip. We met families there for the 2nd, 4th, 7th time... and the staff told stories about families who came every year, sometimes twice a year, since the hotel opened. The staff really make this place amazing. Everyone we encountered seemed genuinely happy to be there. We witnessed a staff BBQ one afternoon (behind the conference centre) which they apparently do each month. The ground are enormous and very well looked after by an army of gardeners. The food and beverage team work incredibly hard. We were invited to a reception one evening (probably because of my HHonors status) where we met the heads of all the departments personally, and they asked about our stay and feedback. There were probably 30 guests at the reception; I felt honoured to be there and valued as a customer. I've never stayed at an all-inclusive resort before, but knowing we didn't have to pay extra for dinner or drinks made it a very relaxing stay. (There was a relaxing effect I hadn't anticipated.). There are refrigerators with water bottles everywhere, plenty of recycling containers for the empty bottles, so it was very easy to stay hydrated. The mini-bar in the room is of course free and was replenished regularly. There are bars with coffee, alcohol, and soft drinks dotted throughout the grounds. Some of the places to get coffee have bean to cup machines, and others (like the main pool bar) are proper espresso machines, There is a cafe 'Macaron' where you can get coffee, ice cream, and beautiful cakes, all included, which is open all afternoon. It's closer to the pools if you need a quick bite without going to the buffet. The buffet was enormous. There is a dedicated kids section, and another dedicated vegan section. The bread section always had gluten free options. Huge salads were available at breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Each evening the theme of dinner varies. Apart from one small well-marked section at breakfast, there are no pork products offered. (We didn't miss it.... the variety of food on offer was incredible.) In addition to the nightly buffet, you can eat at a few different specialty restaurants ('a-la-carte restaurants'): Indian, Italian, Chinese, Fish, Turkish, and Teppanyaki. There is a fixed charge for these restaurants. We ate at Teppanyaki (45 euros per person, no child discount) and Turkish (35 euros per person, I think this one has a child discount). The Teppanyaki was fun if you haven't done that before, but (probably no surprise) the Turkish restaurant was phenomenal and I highly recommend it.
