Excellent location for getting around the region. Excellent service and customer care. The staff is very attentive. Excellent breakfast. The hotel is complemented by a good spa service. The hotel is complemented by a good Spa service and facial and body treatments. It can also be complemented with horse riding activities due to the proximity of an equestrian centre.

Good facilities and rooms, but they should improve: the friendliness of the staff. the quality of breakfast (very bad for its price) suppress the disk jockey at siesta time under the rooms (it seems implausible)

The hotel itself is fine. But the people working are not friendly at all, something weird in Asturias. It’s like they hate working there. We went there for relax and massages and on arrival we were told there was only one lady working at the spa and she was not working when we arrived or the next day we were there. No solutions offered. Also the air conditioning didn’t work properly in the upper floor rooms, so we struggled trying to sleep. Breakfast was also disappointing. We won’t go back.

Quiet place, surrounded by nature very close to Ribadesella. Very nice and responsive staff. Large comfortable room very clean. The only bad thing is that the spa is not included and you have to pay for it separately

Next year I will be back to Ribadesella, but not to this hotel¡¡ Too expensive for what they offer.. Gym Is not good and also Spa, There is nothing to do in the common area, if you need to enjoy your stay, I do not recommend it. I am surprised that the swimming pool can not be used freely, and it is also uncomfortable because they put a staff to control your stay inside.

Instalaciones muy cuidadas.Cabe destacar la tremenda amabilidad de todos sus trabajadores.Esta ubicado prácticamente al lado de Ribadesella (3 kms) en un sitio con unas buenas vistas.La terraza del bar muy amplia y cómoda.Es un sitio ideal para desconectar de todo y relajar cuerpo y mente con un equipo de masajistas muy majas (Lorena y Loreto)que te dejarán como nuevo.El spa es sencillo pero cumple con su cometido perfectamente.Desayuno y cena muy completos.Sin duda alguna volveremos.Gracias por todo.

Hotel correcto, limpio, tranquilo y con personal muy amable. Habitaciones amplias y cómodas. Inconveniente...el desayuno empieza un poco tarde para mí gusto (8,30). El acceso a la piscina, hay que salir a la calle. El resto todo perfecto.

No nos gustó la experiencia en este hotel por las siguientes razones: - Queríamos tomar un cóctel en el restaurante y nos dijeron que teníamos que tomarlo fuera de él en la zona de desayunos ya que el restaurante era solamente para comer y tenían mesas disponibles en ese momento, un sábado por la noche. - En la habitación con terraza la cama consiste en dos sencillas unidas, muy incómodas. - El desayuno de 14€ buffet nos pareció que le faltó más variedad de comida. - El spa se espera que sea relajante, no nos pareció completo, “piscina de nado” con agua fría y solo tiene un jacuzzi, lo que le hace difícil de compartir. El lugar tiene potencial, pueden mejorar. Se espera más de un hotel de 4 estrellas.
