The published base price per night is competitively priced for parties of 6, similar in cost structure with other 3 bedroom smaller properties on Manasota Key. Beyond 6 guests there is a $50 per person per night additional charge to fairly price the property's use of all 4 bedrooms and associated costs at rates consistent with larger 4 bedroom house rentals on the Key, with a maximum price of $600 per night.
