Our home, which we have appropriately named “Fun in the Sun”, is a 2 bedroom, 1 ½ bathroom unit that has been recently renovated. Bedroom 1 has a Queen bed with an attached bath; bedroom 2 also has an attached bath and a twin sized hidden pull out Murphy bed. This room can also be used as a study or relax room as there is a comfy chair in it. We have upgraded high speed Wi-Fi . The main living area consists of a living room with a pull-out couch that has a new, updated mattress, tv, kitchen which is fully stocked with all necessary cooking equipment, and a dinette area for two. The Lanai, located out the sliding doors, has an additional area for relaxing with the family and watching a 65” TV on a twin pull out couch. A small office area is also there for computer work. There is a full sized washer dryer there for your use as well. All TV's have Roku and a large selection of cable channels Outside, the driveway is wide enough to park the largest of cars and still have room for the golf cart with seating for four should you decide to rent that for a small additional charge.
