Very nice place. Fair price for what it is. Areas of the apartment had not been cleaned for a while (behind the microwave was very dirty) and the sliding door was impossible for anyone in the family to move except me (I am very large and strong) as it needed some serious maintenance. It could only be locked with a long piece of wood (which they had provided) as the latch was broken.
Very short walk to the beach. Great location.

Great pool. Great location. Wonderful public BBQ area. Maintenance of the actual room was very poor. There was a light switch hanging off the wall with electrical wires exposed, shower head was so flimsy that it could not hold up it's own weight and the room smelt very damp.
The exposed electrical wires were very disappointing. They were insulated and the copper was not visible but that was a shock to see.

The property was fine for what we needed (a one night stopover on the way from Brisbane to Sydney) however there was a horrible smell coming from the drains. The bathrooms did not have doors on them either

This is the first non contact accommodation we used, it’s so easy, the whole place is just beyond belief, I wish we could have stayed 3 or 4 days

The property was dirty, the reception was abandoned, the only contact with them was text, unhelpful, unclean, run down and massively over priced.
I sent you and email, and gave thr a Google review... Not happy!

Beautiful location with great pool, beautiful beach and excellent facilities within the complex. The properties we stayed in however are in need of proper cleaning and could do with proper up keep. Both properties are in need of a total re fit after years of use as holiday rentals (broken doors, missing doors, stained carpets mouldy bathrooms etc). The only saving grace these properties have going for them is the amazing location and the excellent complex in which they are situated. For the price, I would not recommend stating here unless significant improvements are made to the cleanliness and the overall condition of these properties.

Do not stay here. The service is non-existent, no formal reception and does not make up for this in any way. Light switch was hanging off the wall, extra bed no make up or enough bedding provided. No wifi or even all the free to air channels. The photos are false advertising as there is no gym or restaurant.

The property wasn’t the cleanest, single beds very uncomfortable needing new mattresses, screen door broken, tea towel very thin and falling apart, only 1 plug for the whole apartment so we needed to use the bath plug to wash up, no Wi-Fi, no little necessities like a small amount of milk to make coffee, bare minimum essentials provided, stains on quilt, lounge worn and uncomfortable. Overpriced for what we were given.
