聖多美和普林西比最好的酒店之一了，早餐很豐盛，停車也很方便，出門就是景點，安保做的很好，有海灘access。

My stay in the hotel was amazing. The rooms were excellent always well cleaned, the food was amazing and the staff was very friendly and always ready to help. Will definitely recommend to anyone that would like to have a few new experiences abroad

This hotel is not a five-Star. Except the flat screnes I guess they didn’t change anything in the last 50 years. Insoportable matrasses. The dinner 2 days of very basic buffet. One with music. If you want to Dinner ask for a taxi to the Omali or Walk to Papa Figón. The situation of the hotel is First line good view and if I give a second star it‘s because of the good staff.

Very comfortable hotel. Well situated, close to all restaurants and the center. From there you can get anywhere. The staff was very pleasant, and cater to all our Family needs ( 2adults and 2 kids) with a smile, especially to my son dietary needs. We had a comfortable room with 4 beds, very spacious and a great view. The best part of our stay really was the staff.. so warm and ready to help.

Quiet and convenient. Staff friendly and helpful. Should repair the some of the equipment at the gym though.

Excellent service. It has the quality that the Pestana group has accustomed us. Highly recommend for any type of trip. Nice food. Excellent location close to the city center and with the beach at the doorstep.

Great location. I loved the swimming pool! The hotel managers and employees are among the best i have ever encountered: very friendly and polite, always eager to help, very attentive to the costumers, but at the same time, they do not impose on you like in some other hotels where employees are sometimes "excessively" talkative and medley. Cleanliness was impeccable throughout the hotel. The food is quite good and you can have a taste of the local food. The bedrooms are quiet and you can fall asleep just listening to the ocean. Too bad I was on a business trip... The only remark i have is about the gym - one or two machines could use a bit of maintenance. Overall, f~great experience, will definitely come back!

Stayed at Pestana for 2 weeks during a business trip. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Yanira always going out of her way to attend everyone's needs. The pool is very nice, even during the night.

When I got in, some white tall woman receive me, I think she was the manager probably from Portugal... In any case, this woman was treating people with a some kind of passive-aggressive sense of humor, totally out of any kind of common sense and good manners. She started telling me that she had free rooms with a view to the sea, but she was going to give me one without it because I was alone, and those where for couples.... Then she looked at my Lady friend and tell her... mmm ok only because of you I will give him the room with ocean view... She was not staying at the hotel and the manager knew about it. On the other hand, the materials in with the hotel is built are low budget, the floors, the rooms etc... you know, those hotels that still have a phone on the toilet... This is at the most a 3-star hotel disguised in a 5-star hotel... I've been in 96 countries and stayed from the most expensive 6-star hotels in the World to the cheapest pleases I could find... I'm telling you dear reader, Don't stay in this please, It doesn't worth it, go to a guesthouse... In this case, this is the right thing to do... Last but not least, the Lady on the reception that I was telling you guys told me at the end, to leave a review about how amazing was the hotel... Maybe she got confused, or maybe she has not been in other places and have a limited life... Here is your review... Please observe the pictures carefully, look at the property besides the view and the pool... Once again... this is a 3-star hotel at the most.
