Great location for our stay in São Paulo, very close to the subway. Room is small but clean and comfortable. Reception staff is very friendly and welcoming, however, the check-in method of having to re-type all the booking information manually made things quite slow on arrival, with only one person at the desk.

Great stay! Ibis Barra Funda have the greatest location close to all my commitments during business travels. Kitchen is great!!! As a remark, I believe Ibis should reward frequent guests; a matter of loyalty but they don’t. The previous Accord rewards is gone; the new one totally doesn’t work. They do not even offer a bottle of water or similar amenity to an arriving guest. Simply they do not care anymore.

This is a great hotel for a short stay in São Paulo. However, checking in took way too long (over 15minutes). The reason for this is that the receptionist, Josinilson, subscribed us to their loyalty program without informing us upfront. He kept asking personal questions that were, according to him, necessary for confirmation of the reservation. After a long day, we just wanted to sleep. When we jokingly asked why he needed all that information for, he got sarcastically aggressive saying “because for my work”. The other receptionists were clearly shocked too. The hotel is great, room is more than okay and beds are comfortable. But the check in experience is in need of some improvement.

Ótimo custo-benefício, o hotel é bem localizado e limpo. O único ponto negativo da minha estadia foi o valor cobrado pelo café da manhã, pois a reserva informava um valor 50% menor do que me cobraram.

Nada como atravessar a rua e estar no hotel. Apesar de estar do lado do aeroporto o bloqueio acústico no quarto é excelente e nao se escuta nada.

Recentemente, tive o prazer de desfrutar de uma experiência verdadeiramente maravilhosa em um hotel na cidade. Desde o momento em que cheguei, fui recebido com um sorriso caloroso pela equipe atenciosa e prestativa. A localização do hotel era perfeita, com fácil acesso. A equipe da recepção estava sempre disposta a fornecer informações úteis sobre pontos turísticos, restaurantes e eventos locais. No geral, minha experiência no hotel foi verdadeiramente maravilhosa. Sem dúvida, recomendaria este hotel a qualquer pessoa que esteja em busca de uma experiência inesquecível na cidade.
