Check-in was smooth, and as previous email exchanges with the hotel, i was granted an update room and guaranteed that I would stay in the same room throughout my 3 bookings.
On check out to start new reservation, i was informed i MUST change the room, and I was not given the option to pay a difference. I felt unworthy and not treated as their loyalty member. Because I already pay and not money back, I'll stay but this is my last time in this hotel that I had spent in last 10 years average 7 nights paid.
They made me feel I'm unworthy. I'll pay my revenge on social media and any other form such to expose my unsatisfied situation. Shame on IHG and Holiday Inn Anhembi. Attached the mold on the floor towel and the granted "same room" in Portuguese from their side.
