Positives : ▪️The room was clean, which made the stay comfortable. ▪️The air conditioning worked well. ▪️There are several good restaurants within walking distance, making dining out convenient. Negatives: ▪️Upon arrival, we found that all three toilet paper rolls provided were already started. Throughout our stay, we did not receive any support from the owners despite requesting more toilet paper and soap when we ran out. This lack of basic amenities and support was disappointing. ▪️The shower in our room was broken, which was inconvenient. ▪️Unfortunately, there is little to no noise isolation. We could hear everything happening in the hallway, including loud neighbors at 4 a.m., which disturbed our sleep. ▪️The pool is very small, and the pool walls looked dirty, which was unappealing. ▪️The toilet at the pool was disgusting and remained uncleaned during our entire 4-night stay. ▪️Finding a parking spot was quite difficult, adding unnecessary stress to our stay. 🔹Conclusion🔹 Overall, it’s hard to recommend this hotel given the number of basic issues that were not addressed. If you’re considering staying here, you might want to look for alternative accommodations. I genuinely don’t understand how this hotel is rated as 3 stars. The lack of response from the owners, particularly when we needed basic supplies like toilet paper, is particularly concerning. Save yourself the trouble and stay somewhere else.

LO MEJOR : sin duda es el edificio muy bonito, los pasillos, y las habitaciones el aire funciona bien, el frigo es pequeño pero funcionaba bien Bonito y estaba limpio , salón comedor es muy chulo Tb y tiene de todo. Se aparca bien a algunas manzanas en las fechas de Junio y el centro pilla cerca. LO PEOR : si vas con niños no es recomendable porque las escaleras son peligrosas. El jacuzzi estaba estropeado. Las almohadas son muy malas.En la habitación estaba estropeada un TV, el grifo de la ducha y el del baño estaban rotos bailaba pero se podía usar. No hacen habitación, no cambian toallas, ni recogen la papelera, creo que lo cambian a la semana. Prima lo estético que la comodidad y acabamos incómodos con la colocación de la ropa, maletas y baño.

this is a ghost building, no staff, no communication with owner, 90 steps in total from basement to top floor, no way of using a kitchen on top floor as you would have to cart every item of food up all those stairs. it is not suitable for older people, people with health issues, people with young children.in fact it is a fire trap with no way of getting out from top floors. locks on doors infuriating to use and noisy.

Beautiful boutique hotel with fabulous interior, so clean & quiet. A real hidden gem. Comfortable beds & huge rooms. It’s located near the centre of the village and has a small pool and a lovely area to sunbathe out the back. The beds are nice and firm. Bathrooms all en suite.

J'ai vu dans les commentaire "hôtel fantôme" que je trouve très adapté. En effet, il n'y a pas d'espace d'accueil, des codes son communiqué par message afin de partager les codes d'accès à la chambre où se trouve une clef pour les reste du séjour. Système de fermeture des chambre pas évident à comprendre et très bruyant. Le gros point négatif est l'acoustique de ce lieu, que je ne qualifierai pas d'hôtel étant donné que pendant notre séjour de 5 nuits, nous avons pas eu de service de chambre (poubelles non vidées, linges inchangées, lit non-fait, idem dans les parties communes); c'est plus une chambre d'hôte sans hôte. Pour en revenir à l'acoustique, on entendait les voisins de tous les côtés, comme si ils étaient avec nous dans la chambre. La même chose pour les WC; la porte coulissante bien que jolie nous permet d'entendre tout ce qu'il se passe dans la salle de bain depuis la chambre. Joli décoration mais bancale ... il faut caler tous les meubles car ils ne sont pas stables, les meubles peints empêchent d'en refermer les tiroirs car la peinture croche, du coup on pouvait entendre les voisins ranger leurs vêtements à 2h du matin. Parties communes jolies, j'ai apprécié les produits ZARA mis à disposition ( gel douche, crème pour les mains, diffuseur d'odeur) qui démontraient un certain soin apporté au lieu. Nous vous souhaitons de partager ces parties communes avec des gens propres et sachant faire et ranger la vaisselles ...

Bonjour Hôtel agréable propre à l’arrivée Par contre hôtel fantôme aucun moyen de communiquer car on ne vois personne, et au téléphone si on ne parle pas portugais ou anglais c’est impossible et pour finir les chambres ne sont pas nettoyés les poubelles non vidées serviettes non renouvelées depuis notre arrivée 3 jours
