O quarto tinha muito mofo no teto, em cima da porta da varanda. O ar era antigo e barulhento, não esquentava muito. O chuveiro não esquenta em determinados horários e o ralo não tinha vazão. A comida do restaurante deixa muito a desejar, com exceção do café da manhã. O hotel é bonito e bem localizado.

Visitamos o hotel no aniversário da minha esposa. O quarto é confortável, a piscina é bem aquecida, bom café da manhã. O restaurante infelizmente deixa a desejar e comemos em restaurantes próximos ao hotel. Pessoal atencioso. Boa Vista do quarto !

Equipe de apoio, muito simpática, realmente preocupada com o conforto do hóspede, auxiliando em uma ótima experiência em hospedagem. Acomodações aconchegantes, limpeza impecável e um restaurante com cardápio bem atrativo... todos estão de parabéns!

Hotel charmoso e muito aconchegante tanto para família quanto casal. O Chá da tarde servido no solário é um mimo encantador. O restaurante serve pratos descomplicados, clássicos e com toque jenuinamente caseiro. Atendimento e serviços excelentes.

Local muito bem localizado, equipe preparada. So achei que o cardapio do restaurabte poderia ser mais variado. Porem.nao interfere na estadia.

Hotel con una cama y almohadas grandiosas y comodas. Tiene opciones de almohadas en el mismo cuarto para tu elección. El baño es limpio aunque algo antiguo. El restaurante ofrece alimentos frescos. La ubicación es lo mejor ya que los cuartos frontales tienen una vista espectacular.

Que lugar maravilhoso! Estou encantada, desde o primeiro contato via WhatsApp… quarto confortável e espaçoso. A Gastronomia um show a parte, apesar de não ter uma grande variedade, tudo é de muito bom gosto e excelente qualidade.

Foi minha segunda experiência no Serra Alta . O Hotel é excelente, tudo funciona. Área de lazer muito boa , funcionários atenciosos e os quartos limpos e confortáveis . Chamou a minha atenção alguns detalhes no quarto. A porta do banheira lascada, chuveiro estava com a vazão da água irregular . São detalhes pequenos de falta de maninharão, mas pesam contra. Destaque para o restaurante Manacá, que fica no hotel . Qualidade e bom custo x benefício, destaque para a educação e simpatia dos garçons Sr Altair e Daniel . Voltaremos com certeza, mas importante a administração do hotel observar estes pontos referentes à manutenção.
