We stayed here for two nights whilst exploring Tianya. It is very well located along the main street where all the restaurants and bars. Even to walk to the far side of the street is no more than about 15 min walk. The hotel has a slight independent hostel vibe and the receptionist was very helpful. She spoke no English and our Chinese is pretty non existent but that isn't an issue as wechat can be used to easily communicate.
The room was very nice and looks as advertised. My only issues are that the room said it had a roof terrace, but in my mind a roof terrace should only be accessible through the room, but it was actually just the public space outside the room, so anyone can access it. Plus, this roof terrace had no nice chairs to sit out on, rendering it fairly useless.
Finally, I would stay again but I do think the price is too high for what it really is but other than that it makes for a good base in Tianya and is right next to the beach.
