Location is good in Sanya down town and near to the Daidonghai bay. Cross the main road to shopping the fruit shoping mall.

Really bad hotel don’t recommend mattress very hard the rooms very old and no cortins one of the worst places I stayed in china

The location is perfect. The bedroom and the bathroom are full of humidity, you can’t breathe properly, most of the amenities were broken such as the door, the closet…Also we found a cockroach on the ceiling. We couldn’t sleep well the first night. We complained about it and luckily they gave us another room which was much better than the previous one, but I would never stay here during the Chinese New Year, the price was unreasonable for these conditions.

Very good location, close to the beach. The room was relatively clean (8/10), with toothbrush, clean towels, etc. However, the room itself is very old. The restaurant in the yard was noisy around 7am, but it was better after 9am.

前天從十多平方米的三亞森林海灘酒店逃到這裏，住了兩晚。 30平方米房間很寬敞，有沙發，茶几，書桌等，衣櫃很大，設施齊，服務文明，周邊就餐到樓下老兵飯店，實惠放心，至大東海政府經營的免費開放海灘游泳才幾分鐘距離，樓下購物超市不貴品種齊，各方面很滿意。 今晚還住，估計明天后還得住四至五天。

房間很殘舊，充滿黴菌味，基本設施提供不完善，牙刷沒有，這應該是之前的住户走後沒有打掃才會連牙刷都沒有的，而電熱水壺是壞的，打電話叫服務員更換，服務員態度非常差，説過了時間沒得更換（當時才十一點多），要第二天才能更換，導致我們一整晚都沒有水飲，牙刷也沒得用；第二天我們明智地退了房，在附近不遠處，入住了一間比它好得多，又比它便宜的酒店。

房間整體舒適乾淨衞生，前台服務周到態度很好！設施齊全，去幾次三亞都是住他家酒店，出門走幾分鐘就到海邊，吃住行都很方便！

很不錯，停車方便，樓下吃的也多~房間也很舒服，本次旅行住的最好的酒店！

樓下就是飯店，房間很乾凈，價格合理，離海邊很近，交通方便，樓下就是公交車站，25路可以去西島，南山寺，大小洞天，下次來大東海還會入住

感謝酒店免費升級房型，人性化服務，很乾凈，很舒適。性價比超高。前台接待也很熱情。

性價比不錯，服務不錯，交通很方便，小朋友去大東海玩挺方便。就是設施較舊。

我真的服了，什麼破店，再差的酒店至少熱水要有吧，跟前台説沒有熱水還讓我快點退房，大家都不要來這裏，衞生也差。
