I found breakfast quite limited but cheap of courae. The room was nice. No furniture on the balcony. No beach nearby but not far from Dadonghai by car. Nobody speaks English at the reception. Every communication took a long time. Our fridge did not work and we were told it is the same in every room. We insisted to change it and they did. The swimming pool is large but mostly shallow and nobody swims in it. But we tried and found one hood spot a bit deeper. I think they need to change the carpet in the hall and improve breakfast.

Overall the stay was good. They could use some customer service improvements and open the bar.

Clean hotel. Location is good, only 4 minutes by taxi to Xiaodonghai, and 10 minutes to Dadonghai. Breakfast is good, there are some western options. Swimming pool is big, but only the area in the middle is for adults, other sides are for kids. Not enough sun beds near the swimming pool. There is no direct entrance to golf fields. If you want to play- need to go to the golf club next to the hotel. Room is very cozy, with balcony, super comfortable beds and pillows. Reception doesn’t speak English. But when we asked to help us with the TV in our room the staff was very helpful. Thanks for that 👍

We had a lovely stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean and the staff were polite and friendly. It’s a beautiful hotel. However, you are not allowed to drink any alcohol on the premises. The swimming pool only had 8 chairs. When we asked if they had more chairs for us, they said we had to wait for other people to leave then we can use their chairs. Also, the Western restaurant wasn’t western. It was a Chinese restaurant.

Velue for money , was very pleasant stay.

great location right accross from the beach where theres also a boat dock and lots activities to do..also had a good view of the ocean if you choose an ocean view room.

進門一股潮味兒，房間各個角落都肉眼可見的衞生打掃不到位。 整個房間地板老舊，和五星根本不搭邊。 床頭又臟又舊，大床就是兩張小床拼在一起的，被子也是潮潮的。 陽台推拉門處臟，房間電視劇看電視也有電流音，整個房間設施都很老舊。 廁所淋浴噴頭舊，擺放沐浴露處臟。 洗手枱邊緣臟。 現在很多民宿都不用交按金了，五星酒店居然要交500按金。酒店中西餐廳沒有空調，中餐廳直接沒開，大堂沒有空調，雖然前台服務還可以，但是送外賣必須下樓取，不方便。 主要還是衞生問題，電梯有一邊電梯裏面不顯示樓層，都看不到自己到了哪一層，衞生太差

看了好多家酒店，一開始看見有差評還挺害怕的，提前聯繫酒店問詢接待的張秋，服務熱情，還介紹了周邊的環境去哪吃東西合適，到店後發現酒店泳池好大，小姐姐還幫忙升級了房間，值得推薦一來！

上來住是疫情前，印象非常加分，陽台寬敞，浴缸很大，孩子玩得很盡興。酒店位於鹿回頭，去景區方便，這次入住提前諮詢，前台小維姐姐房間提前安排好，並加了微信説有服務隨時諮詢，讓人覺得很安心。現在五六月份三亞相對來説，旅遊人沒有那麼多，房間給予了升級，小朋友白天沙灘玩沙，晚上泡浴缸🛀，體驗非常贊

在最近的旅行中，很有幸入住明申高爾夫，這次住宿體驗讓我留下了深刻的印象，簡單分享一下這家酒店，首先酒店工作人員服務專業，客房阿姨都很禮貌，服務及時，前台Cherry旅行經驗豐富，分享了很多好玩的地方，其次是早餐，品種多，有海南特色，又不缺小朋友愛吃的東西，很好，最後是趕海，給旅途增加了一道風景線。

最近的天氣三亞真的有些熱，讓我驚喜的是酒店空調效果真心不錯👍感謝大堂維維姐姐，很貼心的主動了解我們回酒店的時間，提前開了空調，真的很暖心🥰早餐品種多，酒店位置也不錯，海邊太美啦！而且離大東海，鹿回頭很近。

朋友推薦過來的，連續訂了兩晚，慶幸選擇對了酒店，環境優美，房間特別大，活動空間很大，樓層大姐衞生打掃仔細，大堂維維姐姐的工作態度很好，很認真，中午要點餐，也是積極推薦菜品，及時回覆信息，服務很及時。
