Right across the street from a pleasant beach, a short walk to plenty of restaurants, and only about 20 minutes to the airport. The staff greeted us and helped us bring our luggage all the way to the room. The room itself had a bathtub on the balcony overlooking the ocean. It was too cold to swim, but the pool looked amazing, with water slides and a floating obstacle course. There was a kid's playroom with hours of stuff for them to do. Lots of extras, like a nightly BBQ, fish foot baths, and various activities throughout the day. I wish I stayed here longer!

This hotel was very accommodating to our needs. When we complained that the original room wasn't up to our standards they moved us into a new room. And even were able to move our belongings into the new room while we went outside to play. I would recommend this hotel to families as the swimming pool is very good for young children with the water slides and the play thing.

We have stayed at Ocean Sonic around 5 times. Good location near the airport. Pools are great. Breakfast has a lot of options but is busy. Ocean sonic has a wide range of rooms so your experience will depend on the room you get. A solid chlice for families. Hire a car to go eat at local restuarants and visit the hot springs.

Ocean Sonic Resort was an absolute delight for our family vacation! From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to ensure we had a wonderful stay. Nimo in particular was incredibly helpful and attentive, making sure all our needs were met.A big thank you to Nimo for making our stay a wonderful experience. The resort itself is fantastic, with incredible swimming pools that are perfect for families. They had fun foam parties for the kids every single day, which they absolutely loved. The beach is just a short walk across the street, providing easy access to the beautiful ocean. Our room was spacious, comfortable, and well-appointed. We felt right at home during our stay. The resort grounds are beautifully landscaped and maintained, creating a serene and relaxing atmosphere. The amenities, activities, and customer service at Ocean Sonic Resort are top-notch. We couldn't have asked for a better family vacation spot. We'll definitely be returning in the future!

in general, everything is fine. The staff is polite and courteous. High-quality room cleaning is present. It is inconvenient to leave the hotel early in the morning. Foreign tourists do not have a Didi taxi booking program. The reception staff does not help to call a taxi in any way

During our stay at this hotel, we were very pleased with the service provided by butler Xiao Zeng! Not only did he enthusiastically recommend local cuisine to us, but he also offered us many useful travel tips. The hotel's location is excellent, with convenient transportation, making our travels more convenient.
