Ocean Sonic Resort Sanya

During our stay at this hotel, we were very pleased with the service provided by butler Xiao Zeng! Not only did he enthusiastically recommend local cuisine to us, but he also offered us many useful travel tips. The hotel's location is excellent, with convenient transportation, making our travels more convenient. Overall, we were very satisfied with our stay, and we will definitely choose this hotel again next time!

We had an incredible time at the Ocean Sonic Resort. The service we recieved from Tab zeng( nimo)was amazing. He helped us with everything we needed from booking activities, ordering room service (because the room service staff didnt speak English), upgrading our room on arrival and making sure that our stay was fantastic. This was our 6th time at the resort and our best time yet thanks to him.As always the pool is fantastic and the location in regards to the beach is perfect. I do wish that the Ocean Sonic Resort still had staff and lounge chairs on the beach like they did a few years ago. Other than that everything was fantastic. A big thank you to Tab Zeng! We look forward to seeing you on our next trip to Sanya

Everything was perfect. They have western food and is not the same every morning. For kids is perfect.

The hotel staff did not help even asking sometimes where to go for dinner in the hotel. The room was not as per the photo shown. The AC was bit cold

We had a really lovely stay. Our room was huge and had an amazing view of the sea and city. The pool is really big, so even when it was busy there was still room for us to swim about. The pool is located in the middle all the buildings, so the pools is shady, which is a positive for me because I burn easy. Overall, I would definitely stay here again. The only negatives are the breakfast and needing some updated all around. The breakfast is a buffet, but no western options and all the Chinese food was subpar. I won’t pay extra for the breakfast next time. And updates all around, it’s an older location and you can see some things that could be updated. Maybe some paint, replacing a few pieces here and there, etc. But nothing that made our stay negative by any means.

We had a great time at the resort. It’s right in front of the beach, and even has an underground passage to avoid the traffic when going to the beach. There are also many activities to keep the kids busy. The view is great, even if you have the garden view room. The only problem we had was the lack of English service, but we managed to get around it.
