The room overall is very good and it even has a balcony. However, the corners in the swimming pool are slightly dirty and have some insects. The wifi is also quite bad as it can not load anything and can not send out massages. The bar at the hotel lobby is very lively at night and has a verities of drinks. The swimming pool is also very big , but it can be crowded at times.

The staff is nice, professional and polite especially Mr. Daniel Wu. Breakfast is better than expectation. Check in is fast. Its a 5 star standard. Room is nice and clean

Thanks a wonderful 3 night stay. It was amazing experience. Right from checkin to checkout it was perfect. The staff was extremely helpful. Request for a top view rooms, you will have the view of the mountains and the sea. The breakfast was perfect and there was multiple vegetarian options. I would recommend this hotel for family and business travellers. There is a massive pool open from morning till late evening. Children can enjoy with multiple pool toys and floaters. The beach is just 3 minutes walk. There is parking available for guests. There are multiple resturants right on the footsteps like Starbucks, and many Hainan resturants.

Superb experience staying here in this hotel , enjoyed food , water activities and bar …. Susie Manager of hotel is very friendly and cooperative she guided us in city tour and beach tours … would love to come again and stay hete

Our room was clean and had a nice view. Too bad the pool for kids was closed. We were supposed to stay for 4 nights but trip.com helped us contact the hotel to cancel 2 nights. While we were there, we ordered room service and it was quite fast. The service was pretty good.

The staff at the lobby bar was extremely slow even when there was no one at the bar. Seemed like they mostly concerned about their phones instead of the guest waiting at the bar. However, after being able to order, the drink was good.

Facilities bad. Bathroom has urine smell. Breakfast selection bad.

My family and I had a great time at this hotel. My only disappointment is the pool bar! It’s not really a bar as there were no drinks been served.

This was a great hotel from which to do some work not too far from a beach and restaurants. Great desk with a view out of the balcony window to the sea. Very comfortable amenities! Not a lot of Western breakfast choices, but free minibar.
