We had a delightful stay at this accommodation! As we hired a private car to fetch us from railway station, we did not get the hotel to arrange for a pickup. It was actually a wrong move, especially on rainy days. We had a bit of adventure finding the accommodation from the main road (yellow dragon street) where we had to alight but thankfully, after we called the accommodation, one of their staff came out to look for us. The room we booked was on the same floor with the living room area of the accommodation where anyone could just peep to the mini pool that we had - so, not much privacy in that sense. We were uncomfortable initially as we were not used to but after a while, we felt ok. The room was good enough for us, the aircon was great, water pressure was fine etc. The bed was just of the right firmness for us as Asians. The power plugs were all working well. It was really beautiful watching sunrise and sunset from the balcony. I strongly recommend the room #301 if privacy isn't that important for you at the mini pool. The only thing that could not be helped was that there were pretty much of insects and maybe Sand flies, which, none the fault of the accommodation. My suggestion is to please bring insect repellant and spray a lot. I got bitten so badly (no, I did not even go to the beach) that I had to see doctor the minute I landed on my home ground. I do not mind going back to the same room again if I travel to Sanya again and for sure, please, if you are looking for instagrammable accommodation, this place is nothing sort of awesome content you can create!

The structure of room in the hotel that we’ve got is not appropriate for a tall person 😂 even the location is good, a lot of restaurants and the view is amazing we decided not to stay for another night because of the space of the room, and ventilation.

Highly recommended, is really nice and comfortable.

Given a free upgrade of room with daybed because I was staying 4 nights. Staff was friendly and helpful, kept looking out for me. location was great with lots of food choices nearby!

I recently stayed for three nights in this hotel. Our family room is clean and cosy, and it is convenient to get to the beach, which is just downstairs. Despite that it is a 7min walk to the main road, the staff will always arrange for a compact sightseeing vehicle and fetch us to and from the hotel. Staff were attentive and friendly, and I greatly appreciated their assistance, especially because we had an elderly and a toddler with us.

My stay at this hotel was deeply disappointing from the moment I arrived. The front desk greeted me with a half-hearted "hello" before immediately taking a phone call that lasted over five minutes. I had requested an early check-in ahead of time and was assured it would be fine, but I ended up waiting 45 minutes for my room to be ready. After heading out for food and sightseeing, I returned to use the pool—a main reason I chose this hotel. Unfortunately, there was nowhere to lounge by the pool or even set down my belongings. Worse, the pool itself was filthy. The water was greasy, algae clung to the tiles, and there were dead insects and sand floating around. When I voiced my concerns to the front desk, I was casually told to "use it with confidence." Needless to say, I couldn’t bring myself to swim in it again. I had booked a two-night stay but couldn't bear to stay even one night. When I went to check out, the same front desk attendant smirked as I approached and then walked away, leaving me to place my room key on the counter. To top it off, I received a message five minutes later asking if I had checked out. Overall, my experience was unacceptable. I left feeling frustrated and ignored, and I won’t be returning to this hotel.
