The location of the hotel is great, just right at the entrance of the beach.
Nearby there are good restaurant options, so it is convenient to explore around.
The hotel itself is decent, standard. The swimming pool is good and the gym area has the basic.
The breakfast was pretty good, plenty of options.

The hostel is fine, but they lost the document my mother. I feel so irresponsible this part of the hotel. We are not satisfied. Make we stress in all trip the 5 days.

É a nossa casa em Santos! Sempre volto com minha família para esse hotel. O que considero mais valioso é o carinho e recreação com as crianças, do café da manhã ao jantar. Para os pais a hospedagem acaba sendo mais relaxante e tranquila.A equipe de recreadores são maravilhosos, nós sempre retornamos ao hotel muito por saber que a recreação cuidará muito bem do nosso filho. Filho feliz, papai e mamãe mais feliz ainda.
Destaco também o ótimo atendimento do bar da piscina com o Hulk, ótimos drinks (veja a foto).
Recomendo os quartos de frente para a avenida ou na lateral voltados para a praia. Os quartos do fundo não são tão legais. Sugiro um cuidado maior na manutenção dos banheiros (luzes, porta, hidraulica), e por ser um primariamente um hotel de praia oferecer algum tipo de varal para secagem de roupas molhadas.
No mais recomendo sempre para os amigos, especialmente familias com crianças para aproveitarem a ótima recreação, e espero voltarmos em breve.
