Villa Anto

Villa Anto is a family run hotel with a very friendly and helpful staff. The location is great - 10 min walk to the busy part of Fira with restaurants, shops and fantastic views. The room we stayed in was very spacious and nicely decorated. The hotel has a great outdoor area. I would definitely recommend this place!

The main and major problem for this property is the lack of manned/human support. No one was ever at the checkin desk/window during our 3 days there. You always have to call someone to get any kind of help, from check-in to problems with the AC or cleanliness issues. We met another guest on the property and they said they've had the same experience, no one was ever around so you will need a working phone in Europe/Greece to get in contact with someone. And they don't always answer. Multiple times we had to wait and keep trying to call back. Another problem we encountered is the cleanliness. The previous guest's trash was never emptied so we see all their trash in our restroom's wastebasket, which was so disgusting. Two of our towels had red stains on them. We called and mentioned this to the lady that was there and she tried to walk away from us. It was hard to communicate to her as she doesn't seem to speak much English and she mentioned that the main person handling that was not there at the time. We decided to move on with our sightseeing instead of waiting around for someone to show up and do something about it. No one mentioned that area is a bit sketchy. There is a large camping/hostel place close to the property and we saw some sketchy people when coming back at night. The walking road coming to/from the property also has a curve where coming cars cannot see you so it could be unsafe if you're not careful.

Vila Anto is a wonderful place for a stay in Santorini. You are 500 meters away from the centre, all the sunset bars, restaurants and shops. A quiet Vila, the room was very clean and comfortable. There is a pool which is crucial when you stay in Santorini as it is hot. The maid was great and helped us to find a car rental at a very fair rate and the car was delivered to the vila, we dropped it off at the airport. The transfer from the port to the vila was also good and arranged through the vila owner. There is a free parking space st the vila if you decide to rent a car. The breakfast is free and consists of fruits, pastries, yogurt and juices. We highly recommend vila Anti for any shorts or longs stays!

Siamo appena tornati da Santorini e abbiamo soggiornato in questa splendida villas.Stanze pulite e le signore sono state sempre gentilissime e disponibilissime.Unica pecca il trasfer..ci avevano detto che avremmo pagato 25 euro,invece il ragazzo ci ha chiesto 30(le 5 euro le avremmo lasciate cmq di mancia,ma così nn l abbiamo fatto!) Consigliatissimo sia x posizione che x il resto

Très bien Petit hôtel, pas très loin du centre ,15 mns . Service au top ( attention ils parlent peu anglais) . Dommage que santorin soit envahi par des milliers de touristes ,avec des prix hallucinants . Un bon hôtel ds des prix raisonnables pour la plus belle île des cyclades

La stanza non merita il costo pagato. Quella assegnato si trova adiacente al ripostiglio dei prodotti delle pulizie. Dalla finestrella e da quele della porta entra la luce dei lampioni esterni e dell'alba,nonostante le tendine. Condizionatore con bocchettone fisso verso il letto e quindi non utilizzabile. Conseguentemente siamo rimasti al caldo e svegli entrambi le due notti.Materasso sfondato. Nel bagno manca il bidet . L''edificio dista circa 700 metri dalla stazione bus ma decisamente in salita. Check in e out fatti da signora delle pulizie e senza ricevuta di pagamento. Sconsigliato.
