The service was 10/10 , locations is private and luxurious, perfectly romantic for a couple . I booked this with my friend for our birthday and anytime we left we came back to an organised bedroom and breakfast of our choice every morning . They were always available to render help to us however the location is very far from town and taxi fare can cost around 40 euros so be prepared to spend much on transportation.

Spent ages thinking about booking this trip. Honestly, just do it! The location is quiet and peaceful so ideal for those looking to get away from busy lifestyle. MY experience of the staff was great. All helpful, especially the AM and PM reception team - welcome to support with enquiries on the island and for any questions on your stay in general. The in-house taxi service is impeccable and certainly worth taking up on. The location of the hotel allows for quick car commutes to areas should you wish to move around the island. Honestly, if you want sunshine, reset and relax, the location is all you need. Lots of sun hours, amazing pool which is ideal cold. I don't usually desire to rebook a location, but if I were to, it would be here. Great asset to the island. Enjoy when you go :) Σας ευχαριστώ

Creepy! Do not even think about it!! It reminded me of the movie Psycho…and Norman Bates was at the reception desk. The location is misleading and to get there you keep driving by thrown out garbage and cave sites. Extremely unfriendly. We told them we did not feel safe and they would not refund any of our money

This place is so remote and scary to get to. Not near anything. Totally isolated on dilapidated very scary hill road. My wife was crying from fear. Don’t even bother. Very unfriendly greeting. Wouldn’t answer any questions. He just kept making phone,calls. Would not let us see the room without paying first. We just said goodby and left. Don’t waste your time. You will check out before you get out of the car from fear.

This hotel /sietes are great value for money the service you get from the minute you arrive is second to none It’s like the old values of looking after people are back the staff is attentive and genuinely nice and helpful the accommodation was quiet high up and the staff get you to your room via a golf buggy all rooms have open jacuzzi/pools so accommodation is very private the accommodation is around 5 mins from the town of imerovigli the accommodation have a driver that if organised can drop you off and pick you up I’m not sure you would want to walk to town as the roads are quiet steep And at night quiet dark there’s a small charge but it is really easy as the staff organise the travel for you which Ricardo was there on time every time the accommodation was spotless clean the girls came in every day and catered to the room and any room service tuqir delivered our breakfast to our patio area every day as well as beverages a very pleasant young man the receptionist girls were Beatiful and very attentive both girls we met everything was no bother we also met the owners who stayed above us and very kindly dropped a bottle of wine to us which was such a nice kind gesture /one night we stayed in relaxed in the hot tub listened to some music and we ate from the room menus and the food was very tasty and good value We have traveled all over the world but this establishment they have got it right look after people and it will pay off there is absolutely nothing negitve about this place I personally could not fault this place if you want a hotel that’s high on looking after the customer and delivering a 5 star plus service this is the place for you We will come back here which we normally don’t do but we will here as if you ant good service good value and very nice people then trust me visit here as you will not be disappointed Thank you all the staff and management /owners Dave and michelle

Fantastic place, located in the center of the Isle, so easy to visitvthe whole island starting from there. High comfort of the rooms, first class, the spaces are important and more than enough, the same for bathroom with a an importan space for the shower. The private pool where you can relax in total privacy is the absolute star. We had a great experience, courtesy and attention, great food (there is a executive chef that prepare excellent dinners and breakfast) and always present personal complete the excellent service level. For us a 5 stars expirience!
