Simply fantastic the staff was exceptional and the breakfast was simply amazing.,the location of the hotel was strategic in fira and walking distance to ferostefani. Highly recommended hotel to stay.

酒店非常好，非常美，又是懸崖酒店。房間，泳池，早餐，所有的設計和服務很高級。除了無邊泳池，每個房間還有泳池。房間的服務也特別好。有兩個服務人員給我留下深刻印象，Livia，LIA，她們非常認真友好，很小的事屏都給你準備的細緻。 這個酒店是我在歐洲住的最好的酒店，酒店幫助租車，很合適，比機場便宜很多，總之，酒店值得一住。

在fira的中心，酒店很漂亮，是一棟老的修道院改建的，很有味道，房間也很棒，在fira遊覽非常非常方便，走走路很近，一次很棒的體驗。

Had a wonderful stay here for 4-nights May 3-7. Had booked a Junior Suite but were upgraded to a Garden Suite upon arrival. Check-in was easy and appreciated that they then took the time to give us a quick tour of the property which was helpful as it is somewhat unique. Property is a former monastery with many stairs and twists and turns. Initially it seemed like a maze to find our way to the room and even back to reception but we soon got the hang of it. Room itself was very spacious and well appointed. Bedding was high quality and bed very comfortable. Our room had a nice garden seating area and plunge pool. Was nice to sit outside with a glass of wine but unfortunately the weather was not conducive to using the plunge pool. In the middle of summer this would be wonderful. The bathroom my least favorite part of an otherwise excellent room. It was a little dark and the combo bathtub/shower required to agility to get into without slipping. No problem for me but for anyone with less than good mobility I could see it be challenging. Only spent about 1-hour at the pool given the weather but the view from the pool is breathtaking, with endless views of the caldera. Breakfast was included and it was easy the best breakfast we had on our 14-days in Greece, lovely local pastries and many al la carte options. Service was a little spotty for mostly excellent. We had dinner at the high-end restaurant, Selene, one evening and it was delicious. We did the 12-course tasting menu (230eur) with wine pairing (90eur). Food quality, taste, originality, presentation and service were mostly at a Michelin level. Location of hotel is right in the edge of what I consider the tourist zone in Fira. Ideally situated with easy walking distance to all the shops and restaurants, but a still a quiet oasis away from the hordes of tourists in town. Would definitely stay here again if our travels bring us this way again.

A special Wedding Anniversary made spectacularly wonderful by the peaceful environment, supremely well appointed and comfortable suite, the service of all the staff and exquisite dining. As a treat to my retired chef husband we ate dinner in Selene's on our last night. What a taste experience,.. and taken care of courteously by waiting staff who carefully described and staged each course to give the best experience. Every item was beautiful, presented on unique porcelain, and cutlery, delicate glass ware. The flavours were sublime. My husband has eaten food by top rate famous London Chefs but rates this as the best taste experience of his life.

It was perfect! The room, the staff and the accommodations were amazing! Geographically, it waw perfect to go out or the take a walk. We want to say a special mention for Catherina at the breakfast restaurant. She was so kind and professional.

Service, staff, food, environment were all fabulous. Beautiful architecture and style. Infinity pool looking out over caldera amazing!! Reception staff especially Nikki and also concierge Eva were incredible and so friendly and helpful.welcoming smiles!Manager Alex always available for help.

An excellent hotel in a great location with excellent staff. We were fortunate enough to be one of the first guests arriving at the hotel for the new season so we were well looked after as the hotel was not yet full. From the moment the General Manager Alexandros personally met us and assisted us with our luggage before handing us over to his team to give us a tour of the hotel, we knew we were in good hands. The reception team were excellent, especially Niki who was very helpful and Eva in concierge. Yiannis was very helpful with luggage and any other concierge needs. The breakfast that was included was fantastic, it’s a real occasion as there is so much on the menu and they bring you a daily basket containing all sorts of locally sourced products. Our waitress Katerina was superbly knowledgeable and really attentive as were all the team. Mr Alexandros Vlad who is an expert on the island recommended some great places and was also super helpful. A great hotel and not to mention the free upgrade which was most welcome. Thank you to all the team. We will be sure to come back.

Booked through Jet2.com this hotel is absolutely fabulous & firmly in my top 3 hotels to date (with the Arts, Barcelona & Jumeirah Beach Hotel, Dubai). The architecture is stunning and the decor truly beautiful. We had a first floor junior suite with a terrace located above reception. The room itself was huge and spotlessly clean with all the amenities you could wish for. We received a welcome cheese plate & bottle of wine which we enjoyed on the terrace the following day. The bathroom was amazing with the largest bath ever & beautiful toiletries which were replenished as and when required. Breakfast is incredible and probably one of the best hotel breakfasts we have experienced. We also ate at Selene which was wonderful and a must when staying at the Katikies Garden. The pool is a little oasis with 16 incredibly comfortable loungers & 5 cabanas. Towels are provided as is water. There was always availability and no need to rush to reserve your spot. The location of the hotel provides the perfect base for both Fira & Firastana with many shops, mini market’s & restaurants on your doorstep. Personal recommendations for food would be Mama’s & the Ginger Sushi Lounge (both reviewed separately). Finally, what makes the Katikies Garden so special? Well it’s the staff, each & everyone of them is outstanding in their customer service and made our stay perfect in every way - thank you.
