Pelagos Hotel - Oia

Please, please Avoid! The Rooms and pool area are clean. Staff are very pleasant especially Nina on reception ( I really felt for her as she had to deal with all the complaints) This hotel is not run by the same people who ran it in the past, and they really don't know what they are doing! There was no hot water in our room and it didn't change after we complained. Breakfast was none existant, with a few pieces of bread and some cold eggs. There was a coffee machine which didn't work and we were just told "Not working" There is no real chef, it seems the cleaner does a bit and the barman, who is also the pool guy etc! It's location is out of the way so taxis cost anything from 30e upwards, very expensive for a 7 min trip to Oia! Don't pay that much in London! This place has so much potential, but it is not being used. Such a shame. Please don't book.

Stayed for 2 nights and would not recommend. No hot water. Beds, pillows, towels are hard. Breakfast is not edible. Location is not great either especially for a vacation. There are better places out there for the same price.

Lovely spot, perfect start to our holiday. A really large, great pool. Kind, friendly staff. Spotless accommodation. Lovely drinks at the bar. Quiet and relaxing. 5 minutes drive from beautiful Oia (and the crowds there!) Ideally you need a car. Room was spacious and cool with good sized fridge.

We loved our time at Pelagos! Staff was very attentive and they have a taxi bus that can take you into town/around the island. It was so nice and at an accessible price point and we would definitely stay here again. Shout out to Andreas, Rolan and Julia - some of the very best in Santorini!

Hotel con un potenziale altissimo, in buona posizione a 10 minuti di auto dal centro di Oia, in un bel parco con palme. Gestito malissimo ma soprattutto sporco. La nostra camera aveva il pavimento pieno di capelli e peli, asciugamano non puliti e abbiamo trovato delle formiche. Lo abbiamo fatto presente , ci hanno cambiato asciugamani e consegnato uno spray per le formiche. Al nostro ritorno , con le formiche di nuovo sul letto e dopo un’ora di attesa e insistenza, ci hanno cambiato la camera ma non proprio convinti di farlo. Per 200 euro a notte è’ una follia , cosa che abbiamo fatto presente. Meno male siamo rimasti una notte sola. Non andateci, se non quando , speriamo, cambieranno gestione.

Hôtel à 10 min de Oia en bus....mais surtout au calme car Oia c'est très beau mais beaucoup trop de monde. On est ravis de se retrouver au calme au bord de la piscine. La piscine est chaude et agréable. Le petit déjeuner est correct mais sans plus. Nous avons pris un diner sur place : mixte grill pour 2, il y en avait pour 4 !! Les chambres sont grandes, le seul défaut : il n'y a rien pour accrocher les serviettes de toilette...un peu trop minimaliste l'intérieur
