New Haroula

We stayed in this family running hotel for three nights with my friends and we had a lovely experience. First of all the hotel is located only 10 minutes from the airport (with car) and 5 minutes walking from the main square, shops and restaurants. Also the main bus station is only 5 minutes walking from the hotel making it a great choice if you want to visit other areas of the island. The room was very spacious, clean and had a very needed aircondition. It was cleaned everyday. The only downfall, it was that the shower was very tiny and the curtain was sticking on you, resulting on water everywhere. However this was a minor issue comparing to the general experience. The pool was big and clean and were enough sunbeds for everyone. The other major asset of this hotel, was its owner mrs Haroula! She was a great host, very friendly and informative. She was caring and making it sure that we would have an unforgettable island experience. All the staff was very kind and helpful. Highly recommended!

Great location within walking distance of everything, very comfortable rooms with nice balcony. The pool was lovely too, warm with plenty of loungers. Great air-con also. Rooms kept nice and tidy daily. Maria and Lewis were fantastic hosts.

Exceeded our expectations, this place was perfect for our five day stay in Santorini, location was central in Fira walking distance to all things in Fira, on street parking available, pool was clean and well presented. Two bedroom room was enough for a family of four.

The service is terrible, the bedspreads are very old, and the breakfast is terrible, and they take you out of the dining room exactly when breakfast is over, you can't finish your coffee. they don't allow you to use the reception to sit with bags, and they have no manners to talk to customers I'm never going back.🤬

Hello I just visited the new Haroula hotel in Fira. The strongest points are: -it is very clean -great service -big pool -perfect hosts -close to Fira city center and bus station To be improved: - some of the furniture and doors could be checked and maintained more often - the shower could be bigger, a lot of water is splashing everywhere -they should mention if the rooms have a pool view, street view or the balcony is facing some kind of construction site.

I enjoyed my 2 night's stay here. The rooms were basic and greek (but hey you are in Greece) but very clean. The only issue was the shower being so tiny and the curtain sticking to you. It's a 5 min walk (uphill) to the main square in Fira so in a great position. The pool is lovely and when I went during the day and it was nice and quiet. Later on, it gets busier when people return from their trips. it would be quieter if Italians learnt not to shout and walk about on their mobile phones so everyone gets a taste of their argument but this is not the hotel's fault and happens all over the world. The staff were super friendly and the breakfast was good. If you want a cheap and clean option in a great position I highly recommend it.
