The hotel is OK. The location is not far from the city centre, but the service is poor. We needed to check out early (7:40am) but as breakfast starts at 8:00am, we were not able to have a quick one despite the 20m of difference. We had already paid for the breakfast so we lost the money. Will not come back and would not recommend it either.

The room was specious and nice , breakfast could have been better.

酒店整體來講屬於3星～3.5星的水平，攜程的4鑽評高了。 硬件設施一般，衞生間比較狹小，洗澡環境一般，對標國內漢庭水平。衞生間實在是太值得吐槽了，洗澡間隔離了一半，留了開口進出但又沒有門，所以洗澡一定會打濕整個衞生間，彷彿乾濕分離但又分了個寂寞。房間像是石頭做的，在屋裡講話有回聲。 酒店距離Fira公交站步行約12分鐘，屬於一個還可以接受的距離。 早餐就不點評了，在希臘四個不同的城市住了四家不同水平的酒店，它們唯一的共同點就是早餐一模一樣，跟一個師傅教的似的。

렌트카를 이용하지 않는다면 버스를 이용하기 쉬운 피라마을에 숙박을 하는것이 좋습니다. 이 호텔은 피라마을의 버스 정류장에서 가까워서 예약했습니다. 시설은 깨끗했고 조식도 평범하지만 맛있었습니다. 스탭들도 모두 친절하게 대해주셔서 즐거운 시간을 보낼수 있었습니다.

這個房子很大，走過去那個小鎮就20分鐘，可以一路走一路看風景。最重要行李寄託在機場，不要拿過來。機場有託運幾天。

We stayed in this hotel for 3 nights. The stay was amazingly comfortable. The person at reception Luka was very polite and helped us with information regarding the places to visit and things to do. The hotel is centrally located, we walked to the main square in Fira every night. It was a 10 min walk. The view from outside the hotel was amazing. There was daily breakfast included with the stay. We were family of 4 and got a 2 bedroom family room and it was very comfortable. The hotel is reasonably priced. Kids enjoyed the pool and drinks at the pool bar were nice.

The room had a damp smell The room was dirty, there were hairs everywhere, in the bathroom and all over the bed. The place was dirty, everything needs gutting and updating. The bed is against the wall, not ideal especially for older people. The air conditioning unit was on the balcony. The pool was dirty. The breakfast was awful, very little choice and rarely replenished. Located on a very busy road. Thank goodness we only stayed one night, one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed in.

We had the loveliest time in Santorini in no small part due to the Philippion. It was gorgeous, the breakfast was delightful and the staff were attentive. We were a VERY short walking distance to Fira. It had a gorgeous view of the caldera. I highly recommend!!

I had booked a room in 2021 but was unable travel due to the pandemic. They refused to give me a refund and offered a voucher valid for one year. When I called this year to make a reservation and told them I had a voucher they told me point blank they did not have any rooms available! In short, they put my US$3,000 in their pocket and didn't even try to accommodate me for a later date. I called numerous times asking to speak with a manager but was told these matters have to be addressed with the owner who, very conveniently, is always away from the island. So please, be careful so it doesn't happen to you!

I would like to thank the staff for accommodating me after I informed them I will arrive very late. (after 1:00am) The night guard was friendly and carried our luggage all the way to our room. Wish I knew his name. He was kind and tended to all our needs. The room was very clean and had nice views across the street. Its a short walk to the town of Fira as well. I want to say thank you to the entire staff ! I will return hopefully sooner than later. All the best from Javier and Elizabeth (New York City)

Luca in reception was absolutely amazing. From start to finish. As soon as we arrived he was very welcoming and explained to us all that we needed to know about the island for our trip. The guys who worked in the bar and breakfast were fantastic. Very friendly and couldn't do enough for you! The hotel is lovely. Very clean and spacious! Brilliant location. Only a short 5 minute walk to the town. I can't recommend this hotel enough for your stay in Santorini!

I HAD BAD EXPERIENCE AT YOUR HOTEL. I CHECKED IN OCT 14-15TH. THE ROOM WAS MUGGY AND MOIST, NO HOT WATER, AND WHEN I ASKED FOR WATER FRONT DESK GUY TOLD ME TO GO BUY IT FROM THE BAR!!! UPON MY CHECK OUT I ASKED FOR THE FRONT DESK NAME AND HE MENTIONED ITS NOT MY BUSINESS ITS HIS BUSINESS WHEN I MENTIONED YOU HAVE ALL THE DETAILS OF ME ALL I ASK FOR YOUR NAME HE SAID TO BEHAVE MYSELF AND NOT MY BUSINESS!!! NO CUSTOMER SHOULD FEEEL DISRESPECTED!! HE MADE MY LAST DAY HORRIBLE!!! I have tried emailing them several times, but it keeps coming back returned!!! you can tell they have that as show on their website and cannot get a hold of them!! I went through my 3rd party on how I booked and I asked for compensation for the disrespect and horrible experience I have received, the hotel said no we will not refund her the money not our problem!!!! I would not recommend this hotel for anyone!! unless you like to feel disrespected!!

We arrived yesterday for a one stay before heading to Naxos. We booked this hotel due to being just a 5 minute walk from Thira. Upon arrival we were given a very warm welcome and in-depth explanation of the island. We were taken to our room which was beautiful. We booked the 2 bedroom family room which was perfect and had a large balcony overlooking the rear of the property. The room was very quiet and I had the best nights sleep in a long time. The room itself was very clean and had everything we needed. Shower lovely. Perfect for a family travelling with teenagers. If you cross the road outside you will be looking right at the volcano itself. Yes the hotel is on a busy road but this was expected as it’s the main road into Thira and we didn’t hear any noise whilst in our room and the pool is located at the rear of the property and has lovely gentle music playing so no noise heard there either . There are 14 sunbeds around the pool and a few tables and chairs, the pool is refreshing and inviting and a decent size for a boutique hotel. Pool towels are provided. Drinks and snacks available round the pool at very reasonable prices. The staff here are excellent, polite, professional and friendly and were very helpful. Breakfast was lovely, topped up constantly, very fresh and all areas kept so very clean, There was the usual choices, yoghurt, cereals, fruit, breads,pastries, cakes,cheeses,meats, bacon, sausages,eggs, coffee and juices. In my opinion this is a beautiful small boutique hotel in a perfect location. If you are looking for a relaxing stay very close to the town and with fantastic facilities and service this hotel will suit you perfectly. We look forward to returning in a weeks time for 2 further nights before we fly home. Highly recommended,

We stayed at this hotel for 8 nights and had the best time. The hotel was reasonably priced for Santorini and very clean. The staff went above and beyond and are a real credit to the hotel. The hotel arranged for a taxi to pick us up from the port. The taxi was waiting for us when we arrived. Luca who was on reception was so inviting and friendly. He gave us lots of information and made suggestions on where to visit. A friendly guy then took our cases to our room. The room was spacious and had everything you needed. We had a lovely little pool view room. The hotel is so clean and towels are changed daily. The cleaners were very friendly. Breakfast is served daily. It is pretty basic but very fresh and is topped up until the minute it finishes at 10am. The guy at the bar was super friendly and always had a smile on his face. Nothing was a problem. The location is fantastic. You are about a 5/10 min walk from Fira. I would recommend using the public busses. The bus terminal is about a 5 minute walk and the busses go everywhere. They are no more than 2 euros. Defiantly visit Oia this is wheee you will get lots of beautiful pictures and views. We got the bus to Kamari which was lively too. Lots of lovely restaurants which are cheaper than fira and beaches too. I would recommend hiring a quad. The hotel arranged this for us and it was 50 euros for the day. We managed to go around the full island exploring. Over all we had the best honeymoon and couldn’t than the staff enough for the great service.
