Even though it was before check-in time, they showed me to a room early for me while I was waiting. All staff are active and friendly. Above all, the breakfast and spa massage were fantastic.

Very good location in the city Imerovigli - closed to center of city but with amazing view on caldera. Staff was good and helpful. Hotel is big, so sometime it is not easy to find the room when you are "tired" after the dinner ;) They have amazing swim pool!

Full sunset view for all rooms. Excellent service, polite staff and resort well located from crowded street. Tap water is not drinkable and water may not hot enough.

We spent an amazing 3 nights at Andromeda Villas. The sunset views are the best in Santorini. Our room was great, with a little kitchenette, dining table, sofa and enough storage. There was a small safe in the room. The bathroom was not great, but still ok. One thing to be aware of is the number of steps to get down to the office/pool/bar/restaurant. It is a LOT. We counted 157 steps one way from our room. Also, the first day or so it is very confusing to even figure out how to get there. But, the service was amazing, the pool side lounger view unbeatable, the food and bar were excellent. The breakfast buffet was also fantastic. The hotel is nicely located for getting around to other places as well. There is a walk way through an area of bars and restaurants. I highly recommend Andromeda Villas.

I booked this for mine and my husbands 10th wedding anniversary- with him not knowing anything about it until the day we flew! I am so glad we chose this hotel. Not only does it have amazing views over the caldera, it is clean, well kept and the staff are brilliant. We were told how to get around the island. Places to visit, what to see etc. they really can’t do enough for you. We booked a junior suite and we were very impressed. It was cleaned every day, and anything you needed you just had to ask. Breakfast was delicious - lots of variety and you could also order omelette made to order which we did every day! Drinks and service are great. The bar men are again brilliant, knew after day 1 what we both drank! And we sampled some delicious cocktails! Would I return? Absolutely I would go back tomorrow! Beautiful island and fantastic hotel you certainly won’t go far wrong with Andromeda. Thank you for having us we loved every minute 😌🇬🇷

Just got back home from our summer holidays and can’t stop thinking about this amazing place! Thank you to all the staff for making us feel at home while delivering an impeccable service. Special thanks to Helen! We will definitely be back to this oasis in Santorini! Till then… we will keep dreaming about our view from the room! Thank you for making our days in Santorini so special!

Fabulous hotel!! It’s quiet & stunning. Best place to stay. Lovely restaurants nearby & lovely views unobstructed views. We stayed in the premium room with pool & had breakfast served on the terrace. Cannot be faulted, beautiful. All the hotels are joined so easy to walk places but buses are easy & regular. Dear Eli & Mamalena were the best places to eat.

An absolute beautiful hotel. Breathtaking views..... Great location and a quiet area.. Steps steps and more steps so not suitable for those who arnt active. Breakfast is good but various options (no gluten free options though) Staff so friendly and helpful and gave great recommendations. I'd recommend this hotel to anyone coming to Santorini 5*

Great staff and accommodations! Beautiful views, great location, & delicious breakfast & great bar! The staff is very friendly and engaging. The property is relatively quiet but not boring. When I return, I will likely stay here again! Oh yeah, the elevators are a plus! :-)

I don’t know how anyone can write a bad review about this place! Its the most gorgeous hotel/island I have ever stayed in. Beautiful and clean rooms with the most amazing view, pool bar great with real attentive staff including the guy who runs the cases to your room! Absolutely stunning.

After reading many reviews on here , some quite negative, I thought I’d share my thoughts. We are currently on day 6 of our 7 day honeymoon and I can’t praise this place enough. Firstly the thing that everyone comes for, the view. It is sensational. We had a junior suite (room 124) and the view from here is just incredible. The room is probably one of the smaller suites but it was clean and comfortable large bathroom, lovely shower and absolutely no smell of sewage , which I know some have claimed on here. Secondly the staff are excellent. Special mention to Costas on the pool bar and Eleni on reception a credit to the hotel. We found the whole place lovely. Lots of different areas and sunspots with different pools. It never felt over crowded. One place you should visit is Dear Elie , positioned directly opposite the hotel. Reception can be tricky to find at first. Take the lift/elevator down to floor zero . Leave your bags in the corridor next to the gold spa exit the corridor turn right second gate on left follow blue arrows . There is another lift that will take you to reception level or you can use the steps and take in the view as you do . There are a lot of steps but you are on the side of a rock face so it is to be expected. All in all I would definitely recommend this place just for the view alone but I do think its value for money. With that in mind yes it can be expensive so budget accordingly. Beer is between €7 and €11 for a 330ml bottle.Main meal anything from €16 - €40+ each . However I’m sure you can do it on a tighter budget, a Gyros is around €6 We have thoroughly enjoyed our time here. Thank you Santorini. You have stolen our hearts ❤️

Avoid this hotel. I didn’t have the physical card I paid with online, I had to pay the entire amount again and got told I’d be reimbursed the deposit initially paid. However, it’s been over 2 months and Andromeda, after asking multiple times have sent me the incorrect receipts of payments (not mine, completely wrong amounts & accounts) and have stopped responding to my emails once I’ve pointed this out. For a hotel that claims to be of a high standard, this is beyond disappointing.

Views are stunning - Our room was a superior and well situated near the top( great for short flight of stairs to the street) but very tired although clean. We gave up on breakfast after day 2 and bought coffee,juice yoghurt and croissants from market and sat on balcony to eat- as per previous reviews- no variation, fruit juice not fresh, one choice of fruit and limited pastries husband likes cooked but disappointed with quality asked for omelet 2nd day and tasteless staff however were friendly and helpful

The location and the exterior of the hotel are both stunning - beautiful white buildings set into the face of the caldera. The views are to die for. The rooms, however, are a different story entirely. We booked a "superior" and it clearly hadn't been remodeled in at least 20 years! Everything was clean and workable, but certainly not very nice. The food in the restaurant for breakfst was just average; cappuccinos tasted terrible, things that needed to be kept warm were not, hot water wasn't hot, and nothing tasted very good. Fried eggs were almost raw. The dining room view, however, was spectacular. Nice personnel. The dinner was very strange - moussaka balls which had sugar in them, and a strange fish served with some odd sauces. If you have mobility issues, this hotel (and any like it, actually) will not be for you because of the insane number of stairs everywhere. The one thing they could do to make things better and safer would be to install handrails. That would help a great deal. Would I stay here again? Defintely not, as there are much better and nicer places on the island. If I didn't care about the room and the food, then yes, maybe because the views were absolutely the best.
